Long Term Parking

Long-term parking is available in the P2 garage near Terminal 2. Rates are 21€ ($29) per day for the first four days or 85€ ($118) for five to seven days. Stays of longer than seven days have an additional 8€ ($11) per day added on to the weekly rate.

Discount Airport Parking

Parking garages are available outside of each terminal and are divided into sections. The top level is reserved for expensive, luxury vehicles that may need better security. Rates here are expensive, 22€ ($30) for up to twelve hours or 28€ ($39) per day. Otherwise, the parking garages closest to the terminal all charge 10€ ($14) for a maximum of six hours, 20€ ($28 ) for six to twelve hours, or 26€ ($36 ) for twelve to twenty-four hours.

The Indoor/Outdoor garage is farther from the terminal, but offers the best daily rates and is generally the more popular choice with those looking to save money. Free shuttle service passes through the parking areas every 20 minutes taking passengers to their terminal. Those parking outside pay 6€ ($8.30) for up to two hours, 8€ ($11) for up to two to six hours, 12€ ($16.50) for six to twelve hours, and 18€ ($25) for twelve to twenty-four hours. Those requiring indoor parking will pay 10€ ($14) for up to six hours, 14€ ($19) for six to twelve hours, and 20€ ($28) for twelve to twenty-four hours. Car wash service is available for an extra charge.

Handicapped Parking

The Milan Malpensa Airport is capable of catering to handicapped passengers thanks to a company called Sala Amica. Passengers must inform their airline in advance so that accommodations can be made to help handicapped passengers with parking, transportation to the correct terminal, and help accessing the airport stores and restaurants. Dozens of parking spaces are available in each parking garage, and parking is free for all vehicles displaying a legal handicapped sticker and an intercom is available to connect disabled passengers with Sala Amica. Passengers who need to take their handicapped sticker with them on their travels will need to show the sticker to the parking garage attendant before leaving.

Airport Hotel Parking

First Hotel Malpensa Airport is located half way between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Passengers can use the hotel's sleep-park-fly packages that offer special rates for those who spend the night and then are flying out the next morning. Hotel Villa Malpensa is another option. The hotel offers free parking and hotel shuttles to and from the airport. Parking for additional nights can require an additional charge.
