Extremely close to many attractions, staff was extremely helpful.
the front desk was rude and short. the water turned off for an hour while we were there so no sink or bathroom availability. the pool room's temperature was colder than the remainder of the hotel. made the pool with the kids an unpleasant experience.
Friendly Staff and so close to downtown area.
Rooms were a bit small but it was practical for one night.
Great atmosphere. Super clean. On the edge of downtown.
The staff there were fantastic, Vicky, Anna, Johnny, Nate & couple others whom I forgot their names treated me like royalty, idk this hotel isn't 4 stars cuz that's the service I received there!! I can't wait to return visit & stay at the a lot again!!!
There was no vending machines or ice machines... The food court section, the fruit was old & not fresh.. :-(Very clean ... Love the loft style rooms. Comfy beds but the walls are thin.. Other then that I loved my stay there, especially the staff members!!!
The location was within a mile of places we were visiting. We were able get a price that fit within our budget.
A continental breakfast would have been great instead of buying from a menu or paying piecemeal for everything. Contemporary dining in front of the fireplace would have been cool. The off-site parking we were referred to was closed on Sunday.Overall the hotel was great and close to our itinerary. The rooms were different from the normal venue which was nice but didn't make that much difference to us. The high ceilings would accommodate a ceiling fan which would be nice. Looking for less expensive parking, we were referred to a nearby restaurant where we could park for $15 ($8 less). They and their parking lot were closed on Sunday night which the hotel should have known. Basically, it provided a place to stay for one night close to things to do.
All futures in it is awsome. Very modern style.
Spider webb over the bed stand on the top.
We loved that we were within walking distance of all of the places we wanted to go to downtown. The hotel was fun and modern, without making us feel like we didn't fit in (very un-hip 35 year-olds!)
The only complaint we had at all was that the bed comforter did not look clean to us. There was various strands of hair on it before we touched it, so not ours. I'm not sure if the comforters get washed regularly or not...the rest of the room was clean. We had a great time during our 1-night stay. We went to an event downtown and were able to walk, as well as to a few other places downtown. Lovely city. We are not the typical clientele that would frequent that hotel (35-ish and NOT hip) but did not feel out of place there. There were families with children, other couples like us, and then the other couples that clearly belonged there! Like others mentioned, the valet was way over-priced, considering it is across the street. We paid the $23 and ...
