Pros. The staff went out of their way to make us and our pup feel welcome. Aries, the bartender, served us tasty cocktails and spent time talking with us, as she did all of her customers. She and Matt at the front desk gave us some excellent recommendations for food and nightlife and everyone offered our pup treats and hugs. We’ll definitely return.
Pros. The staff was very friendly and courteous.
Cons. We booked a river view room but at 3PM the room wasn't available. We had to settle for a courtyard view or wait at least another hour.
Pros. The room was recently updated and the set up was great.
Cons. The fridge wasn't working and there was actually some old half drank water bottle in it. And no ice machines on floor.

Cons. The blinds are really poor. You need thicker blinds to keep the light out. You can't keep the blinds open and expect to have any sort of privacy. The door from the shower to the rest of the room does not seal, so coming out of the shower is freezing. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING from surrounding rooms. They say the mattresses are firm. There are not firm.
