Lack of follow-up on forwarding my Dopp kit to home in Brainerd, MN.Beautiful facility in the heart of downtown Minneapolis.
Staff helpful and friendly, Our room was clean and comfortable.
Restaurant service was poor. It took forever to get our dinner and when it arrived the food was cold, dried out, and minimal.I would recommend the hotel, but eat elsewhere.
NothingStaff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Room service delivered as promised.
Comfort. The whole hotel felt clean and comfortable.
Parking is expensive. $16 per night took away from the savings realized by booking online. But still came out to a great price for the star-level of hotel.Feeling of 4-star luxury at a 2-star price Everything about the hotel was classy without being too stiff and formal. The rooms were welcoming with rich warm tones. Beds comfortable and plush. Swimming pool, in-room refrigerator, new TV screens, in-room coffee and safe.... many more conveniences that made the stay more comfortable. Staff was very courteous and helpful. We usually stay at 2-star hotels because all we need is a clean place to get 6-7 hours of sleep. This hotel recently went through a multi-million dollar renovation and the atmosphere feels like a million bucks. Thought we would give it a try and are really glad we did! The hotel is connected by a series of skywalks that connect most of the buildings in the N...
Beds were horrible, the heat didn't work, I was charged three times at check out and when I called to get my money back their system went down and I had to wait all day to get a call back. they also were way over priced for parkingI would MUCH rather stay at the Hyatt across the street
Comfortable, nice pool and sauna
Service at the bar was horrible
Friendly staff and comfortabke beds.
We got the Priceline discount room so the view overlooked the air conditioning units. Walls were banged up and missing paint. Bathroom was very small.
Very Nice Hotel... Location Great!Recommend To Anyone Visiting DT Mpls!!
The best thing about this hotel was location. It is on Nicollett mall close to shops, restaurants, transportation and the convention center. best
I attended a Pampered Chef Conference at the Convention Center & I was able to walk to the CC using the Sky Walk. Also the location was so wonderful! Restaurants & shopping excellent!
Bathroom did not have any counter space for my essentials. The hotel was awesome. Neat, clean, well maintained, great staff, wonderful food in the restaurant - super great! The beds/bedding was plush and so comfortable, which is so important to me.
