Hotel was reasonably priced. The pool and fitness center were great! The cleanliness of the room was okay. The rooms are outdated and a little more rundown than I was expecting. The staff was sometimes helpful and friendly and sometimes not, it depended on who was working. When we had a maintenance issue, they were super quick to fix it.
Cons. Not to have a giant bath door be the barrier to the bathroom. The pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable

Pros. Housekeeping was great and any requests were responded to immediately, staff was very friendly, walking distance to restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, shopping.
Cons. Air conditioner made a loud clicking sound that went on for several minutes whenever it kicked on which kept waking us up.
Pros. Great value for money (<$100 per night) given the AirBNB alternatives. Lunch and breakfast spots are a 5-15 minutes walk, which may or may not be a lot. The heater issues seemed to be addressed by instructions on the Front Desk. Would come back given the price.
Cons. There is construction going on in the larger area affecting multiple properties but not really a lot. That said, it seems things are a bit slower.

Pros. My room was very quiet, staff was friendly, exciting location downtown close to fun bars, covered parking, hotel is less expensive than other downtown hotels, and I needed a wine bottle opener and was given one at no charge.
