On the beach, the Misquamicut Hotels Misquamicut Beach Front Inn allows guests to walk straight from the hotel to the sandy Rhode Island beaches. The property is one of the few in the area that offers an elevator service for guests staying in the hotel.

All of the staff members were great rooms and were the cleanest we stayed at in a long time and a very comfortable recoverable king size bed.

Pros:Room was clean. Staff was nice.
Cons:No local information provided for restaurants, shops etc. No remote for tv, information about tv stations. There was no lobby for check everything was handled in the parking lot. It would be nice to know the rules about parking before booking. If you don’t vacate the lot by 11am you may be towed or can pay an additional $$. If you’re at the beach check at 11a but stay at the beach for the day. It was cheaper to park elsewhere just would have been nice to wait out the day and then go. My friend came to meet us for the day, we went to dinner and shopping, she paid $30 to park. What we didn’t know is that she would have been towed after 6p. No one said anything, nothing was posted at least that we could see. We just happened to stop back in before going to another shop (which got cut short). They were nice enough to give her til 6:30. Good customer service goes a long way. I think they can do better.

Pros:It's no frills, it's really all about the location. Great location on the water. Easy checkin and convenient parking.
Cons:Yes it's a great location but for the money you pay there should at least be an ice machine and coffee for guests. It's a no frills place if Being on the beach is what your looking for.
