On the beach, the Misquamicut Hotels Misquamicut Beach Front Inn allows guests to walk straight from the hotel to the sandy Rhode Island beaches. The property is one of the few in the area that offers an elevator service for guests staying in the hotel.

The property is non-smoking and offers free parking to registered guests. This two and a half star hotel has free high-speed Internet throughout the building. Guests can choose from double or single bedrooms. Each room has access to the private beach, a mini-refrigerator, air conditioning controls, and a microwave. There is also a flat-screen Tv in each room.

Guests are encouraged to bring their chairs and umbrellas with them to enjoy on the beach. Guests wanting to venture out of the hotel can view Sandy’s lighthouse. Guests can also enjoy the Flying Hours Carousel, the Watch Hill lighthouse, and the East Beach Watch Hill. There is the Atlantic Beach Park a little further down from the property.

Check-in is between 3 and 8 pm daily. The front desk closes at 8 pm. Check-out time is 11 am on the day of departure. While children are welcome, they must come with someone 21 years or older. No there are cribs available for those traveling with infants and toddlers. Pets are not allowed at this hotel.

Pros (+) Room was clean. Staff was nice.
Cons (-) No local information provided for restaurants, shops etc. No remote for tv, information about tv stations. There was no lobby for check everything was handled in the parking lot. It would be nice to know the rules about parking before booking. If you don’t vacate the lot by 11am you may be towed or can pay an additional $$. Pros (+) It's no frills, it's really all about the location. Great location on the water. Easy checkin and convenient parking.
Cons (-) Yes it's a great location but for the money you pay there should at least be an ice machine and coffee for guests. It's a no frills place if Being on the beach is what your looking for.
