Staff were great, good location, great pool and steam room.
The hot tub was not working which I did not know when I booked.
The location was perfect for our needs--close to where we wanted to visit. Very clean and well staffed.
Staff was amazing and so friendly and helpful. Room was clean.
Hot tub was broken Parking should be included in the room fees.
Very pleased with this hotel choice. Only minutes walk to several restaurants. Room is small, but overall pretty clean.
Parking was an extra cost.
Location is good.
Hotel design is quite strange, no entry without stair. How they expect a traveler with suitcases to step bunch of stairs?? Room washroom door just next to the bed. Air Condition noise, Need parking fee. I will not back again
Sad the hot tub wasn't working, they were fixing it as we left other than that all excellent
Hot tub was under repair.
The hotel was very clean and appeasing to the eye.
In order to get a king size I had to pay an extra $25 and the price for parking was $10 (unlimited in and out privileges).
Pool was very clean and warm. Comfortable beds. Good sized rooms. Nice reception area
Front desk staff, more specially evening staff. Out dated decor in the room.
The room was small
No access to hotel without stairs that we were advised of. Had to haul suitcases up a bunch of stairs with no assistance. No parking available in the back....was not advised prior.
Location & Service
Bed and room decor a bit outdated.Parking is also limited & cramped. Especially on busy weekend nights
It was a nice Hotel and clean.
It was a very poor experience for our family as we booked 2 rooms through our air miles for our children and Grandchildren and booked and paid for a suite for ourselves before leaving our house. This overnight trip is something we do every year.
Age or building
The beautifull suite we stayed in
We are huge nascar fans an could not get the race channel on Friday night.
The staff at this hotel are amazing
The bed was great but the pillows were not even close to a 4 star quality. They need to change/upgrade the pillows
Clean and friendly
Hotel restaurant food was awful. And very expensive.
Poor services..and communication with staff...
Close to mall and downtown. Let us check out late
no free breakfast
Room was clean and updated
Arranged wake up call was not provided
Location and friendly, helpful staff
Pool/hot tub- dirty
room small, not 2 doubles, queen and sofa, not enough space
Old and needs updating. Not proper star rating. Floor of our hotel smelt odd, so much so my 7 year old commented on it. Parking area was closed as was one elevator . We were put on a floor with a sports team from out of country . Very loud and disruptive
Room was not what I would say a 3.5 star should look like. Dirty mirror. Bathroom kinda smelled. No bar fridge or anything. No complimentary water. Just blah and outdated.
It was quiet. Staff were friendly.
Pay for parking which I thought was included, but we were there on the weekend so the staff member let me know that we could park on the street which was free on weekends :
I liked that the ice machine was not far from my room and the shower worked well.
Customer service;renos in lobby with holes in ceiling, flooring tore up, uninviting entrance;$50.00 pre-authorization on my credit card that I was not informed about;mold around window/paint peeling too;flies;noise by people using the elevator all night
The only thing it had going for it was its distance to everything in the city.
Its pretty run down. Despite paying for parking their parking garage is run down to the point there were 7 fire inspectors investigating it. Staff was uninterested and didn't pay much attention as I was checked in the wrong room in the wrong name.
Location was the only benefit to this hotel
Not a three star for sure Window didn't open I had to buy an air freshener to drown out the smell of the room The pool had a scum ring around it
The parking garage was near falling down and flooded. The hot tub was very unsanitary - protein build up 'foaming' Large masses of hair. We were located outside of the Ice machine which went off periodically all night.
The location is ideal.
The glasses and mugs did not appear clean. There was a cloying smell of air freshener in the hallways. The room was stuffy.
Good location down town. Quiet rooms & friendly staff.
Dead flies under the pillows, sink wouldn't drain & the parking was horrible & not free.
Poor customer service, the hotel charged us fees we were unaware of.
It was central location
Our first night at the hotel, the music was so loud you could sing along if you wanted - there was an event going on and it made it difficult to sleep. Second night was very loud too, children running up and down halls. Fans didn't work in bathrooms.
hotel staff were very helpful
the parking was limited. The parking garage was in bad shape. The hotel charged $10.00 per day for parking
close to downtown main stree
Had to pay for the parking
The bathtub was dirty, hair etc and there was a used bar of soap in the dish.
Priceline price i paid was hiring than if i had checked in off the street even though i had been informed by priceline i had saved 27%. Considering going back to Hotwire or booking directly with hotels.Small pool - heavily chlorinated.
Not a 3 star, stained sheets, poor cleanliness
Room smelled musty. Room was not very clean. Tub did not drain and they offered no help despite complaining.
The pool was fairly nice with a hot tub as a steam room.
The room was dated with a scuffed up mini fridge sitting on the floor. The bathroom wasnt very nice either.
paid parking with a parking garage. we drive a large truck that couldn't go in garage. still paid for parking and had trouble finding a place to park outside garage. also no breakfast included is a huge deterent when you are travelling with little kid
the room, slow dripping taps, hot water took at least 5mins to get to comfortable temperature, a hole in one towel at least three inches in circumference, one dresser drawer would not close properly..this property needs an upgrade and should not be a 3.5*
I am pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating, and the rooms were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to others.
My wife and I really enjoyed the stay. Very confortable rooms, clean, friendly & great service. We didn't want to go home. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast.
