Cons. Stayed for 3 nights received room service once and they did not change the sheets. Elevators looked like they have not been mopped in over a week.
Pros. Rooms are very clean. And comfortable. Staff are very nice and ready to accommodate. And they always have fresh coffee. I would reccrecommend Red Roof Inn.

Cons. Front desk service deal with one person at a time. Took 15 mins. Never acknowledged or greeted, walked out, came back later. No difference. cant locate you in the "system", key didn't work initially, elevator on the fritz...other than that great!
Pros. The staff of the hotel was pleasant and helpful. Free coffee in the lobby 24 hrs. The bathrooms were clean, as well as the common areas.
Cons. The room had a strong mold smell, which made me really uncomfortable. The carpet and the beds were extremely outdated and didn't feel clean. The whole area felt kind of sketchy. The room was right next to the ice machine which made loud noise throughout the entire night. Apparently free advertised breakfast was only seasonal. I expected a little more for the price I paid. It was my second time staying at a Red Roof motel (first time I stayed in their Las Vegas location). Don't think there will be another time.

Cons. A list will be easier: 1) Waited 25 mins to check in as only 1 employee on duty on saturdays. 2) Wifi may as well have been NON EXISTENT from my room. Did not work at all. 3) My room door lock was broken so that I had to lock it "manually" every time I left the room. 4) Non-smoking room smelled like smoke and cleaning fluid. 5) Dirty, dusty condition of room.
