The owner was kind enough to let us go after 1 night.
The first 4 (or so) rooms are 30 steep steps away (no elevator). To get to the attic room (another 20 super-steep steps) you'll better teach your suite-case to fly.
This is an old house turned to pension; first floor has most rooms (and only one room at the attic) and ground floor is used for breakfast. Old houses turned to hotels is quite common for hotels located inside the old city. It is at the edge of the old city, so you can go everywhere by foot. At the same time it is located in a quite street, so you avoid the noise from the taverns/bars/shops especially at night. The rooms where comfortable with very tall ceilings. Breakfast was good and homemade marmalade quite good.
The room arrangement reflects to a certain degree that this was a house once. As in most buildings in the old town the stairs are quite steep.
Very central location.
The rooms in general looked very nice, apart from the one we stayed in (attic room). I would propose that people should request one of the other very nice rooms.
Very clean rooms, excellent location just inside the old town, parking nearby, staff was very kind and friendly.
Lovely! The staff, the ideal location for walking around in old town Nafplion, the quaint decor of the Pension. I will definitely return again!
Lost water pressure during a morning shower. Probably common as we stayed in the top Attic room. But I was on vacation. No need to rush to work. I'm not sure how long I had to wait for the water to flow again, but it made more for a memory rather than an inconvenience.
