The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Room needed updating. Faucet was faulty, maid half way cleaned room, $15 for wifi, $28 to park per day, low flow shower head, no fridge in room, felt like we were nickel and dimed the entire trip.Pros: staff was very friendly, sheets were off the chain comfortable, location was awesome. Cons: $15/day for wifi (who charges that these days??), $28/day for parking, low flow shower heads took forever to shower, broken faucet in bathroom, no fridge, broken coffee maker, just to name a few. We have stayed in much cheaper places and have been much happier. Ultimately we will be back to nashville, but will be looking for a different place to stay.
The hotel was lovely, and the staff was every bit as lovely.
Parking was somewhat difficult (exiting the lot especially), but it's a small price to pay for a splendid stay.I'd highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are uniquely designed so that you look out the window from bed--it's striking. The glass elevators are beautiful. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly. And the hotel is within easy walking distance of Broadway, a Saturday night art crawl, an arcade with different food and shopping offerings, Blue Coast Burrito (voted Nashville's best lunch) and so on. Consider yourself lucky if you stay here. We'd come back in a heartbeat. And I'm not just positive--I stayed at a different hotel the previous night and it was one of the worst stays in my life. So trust me when I tell you I'm sincere: this is a real find.
We had to be out of the hotel by 10:00 am because water was being turned off. We would have rather stayed somewhere else
Location was good and staff was friendly
Yes, the parking fees were ridiculous
The location was great for walking downtown .
WWe didn't get the room we requested . We asked for two double beds. We got a king bed and a couch. They acted like it was cause we didn't check in til late but we actually got there at 1 and check in is at 3. They said as soon as our room was ready they would call. They kept saying it was because we went through a third party to book it also .
It was okay.
I got charged for the room twice, once by Priceline and once by the hotel. I will dispute the charges.
Great location, the public space was also really nice.
They were a little odd about this being a Priceline reservation, the front desk was less accomodating than usual. There were a couple of hairs in the bathtub when we arrived in the room, could have been a little cleaner there.Great location, I got the room through Priceline and can't complain about the price. The room was overall fairly clean, but the front desk could be a little better about accepting Priceline reservations.
Proximity to downtown....walking distance! :)
The price of parking was incredibly high... $28!Overall great place to stay~ the valet staff was incredibly helpful to us~ very knowledgeable!!! :)
Rooms were above my expecations; Nice, roomy and comfortable.
Everything was super nice.
