Nicely decorated. Great views! Staff were very nice!
This hotel was very nice except for the fact that our room was connected to the room next door and we could hear everything that was said/going on in the room next door. This definitely made us paranoid that they could also hear us. Very frustrating.
The new interior decor
Staff seemed clueless, didn't know the breakfast place in the hotel wasn't open.
booked for the distance to downtown Nashville, so very walkable, very safe; however, had we realized that the CMA had just occurred two days earlier, we probably would have booked earlier than we did and been able to find something more affordable and just as convenient.
given that we were already paying $350 for just 2 double beds, there was a $15 charge for internet service and $28 for parking (or $32 for valet parking). We parked at an outdoor lot just down the street and so saved $8 a day; the room was not very spacious and just had one chair to sit in other than the two double beds.
Beautiful remodel... Lobby and public areas were gorgeous. The room was very cute too
Room was a little small, and elevators were slow
The hotel recently underwent a 25 million dollar renovation and it was impressive! The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was super comfy and we had a great view of the city!
With such a massive renovation, I would expect fabulous bathrooms. And they were not. At all. The worst part of our stay was having to pay $30 to park our car on top of the $240 we paid for the room. That alone is enough to make me hose another hotel next time I stay in downtown Nashville!
we liked it because we could walk downtown nashville and have a good time and we got a taxi back..
there was nothing we didnt like...
very little - it was safe
no free wifi in room, inconvenient, no 24 x 7 room service, expensive for what it was.
the price for the room
The location was the best part of the stay for us.
The staff was not very friendly and we were constantly having to ask housekeeping to bring things to our room that they forgot to leave. We also felt the cost was pretty hight compared to other hotels in the same vicinity.
I want to pay cash, but the money was already taken of my visa before I was arrived, also everything we had used was with the Visa already done.
Beautiful Hotel - clean, updated, bed a little hard! Staff in bar.lounge and restaurant were a little disorganized and could not keep up with orders. Food was taking 30 minutes just for a bowl of soup. Took over an hour to get a bell hop to take luggage to the cars.
Hotel was located in downtown area close to much of the nightlife in Nashville. Also easy to access main roads to see local attractions.
greta hotel for exploring downtown Nashville and all the shops and bars on Broadway and Music Row
Well located in down town, clean and safe surrounding.
room cleaning service was a bit unorganised
