The rooms and bar area were well designed.
The staff were rude, and unhelpful, especially when I arrived at Midnight and was hoping to get something to eat, and was told no food was available, only peanuts! On checking in the receptionist entered my credit card details wrong into the system ( which I admit is a simple mistake) but this caused a lot of problems with my credit card that had a knock on effect when I was trying to check out, causing a long delay which nearly resulted in me missing my plane! When I checked in the taxi driver dropped my bags onto the porters trolley but once I was checked in the receptionist turned his back on me and I was left to deal with my bags myself. The coffee machine in my room didn't work, and there was a lot of maintenance work going on in the hotel which was very noisy and woke me and my colleagues up. I am not normally someone who complains but in this case I feel that it is justified especially considering the price we were paying.
too smokey from cigarettes, room was old, needs modern updates

Staff were a bit rude when we asked for direction but this could have been due to the language difference
