Lobby was excellent. Open and spacious with good food and service. Great for watching games and spending time with a large group.
Room was nice and comfortable, looked to be recently remodeled.
Nothing is included. I had to pay extra to park, extra for the wifi and extra for the breakfast. If I had known this I definitely would have not stayed here. Staff seemed very busy and did not have time to answer any questions that you might have.
large rooms, view of river, lighted pool, nice lobby, locations
not crazy about wifi in room.. took fee off the bill but was confusing.
Great location. Close to everything in the French Quarter. Friendly and helpful staff
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Made us feel special. The rooms were nice and the new beds were the most comfortable I have experience in any hotel. The only complaint is they need to put more outlets in the room. I would stay at the Hotel Marriott again.
Small, dated room. Constant noise from Neighbors and some mechanical work or failing equipment.
It does maintain the Marriott standards
The hallways are noisy at night
The rooms were clean, rooms comfortable, location great, and the staff were accommodating.
There was no fridge in the room, and free wifi was only on the lobby.
Best staff ever!!! Very good location. One of the safest hotels in NOLA. ***** stars!
I thought the staff was very helpful and attentive at all times. The location was great. We enjoyed our stay! Thanks!
Loved the hotel and the staff great location.
My only complaint is the room had no vents in the bathroom. When someone goes #2 it stinks the entire room up.
Great service! The beds were extremely comfortable.
The only negative things I can say is I hate that you have to pay for wifi and the rooms are not as updated as the lobby.
close proximity to bourbon street.
Over priced, small rooms, no microwave, no fridge, expensive valet parking $38 per night, hotel elevators were confusing to use for most of the guest not familiar with those elevators. Held $464 on my credit card for for what they say was misc charges. $464 that was not available to use. I will never stay there again. what a ripoff. $23 for breakfast buffet that was very limited. My wife ordered 3 pancakes and they charged us $12 for 3 freaking pancakes that were not very good.
Location was great.
Front desk staff was unenthusiastic. No maid service on Mardi Gras until 3:30 in the afternoon. Room we were assigned was an accessible unit. We had no where to hang clothing. Also no in room safe, mini-fridge or microwave.
I liked the location and its access to the French Quarter. The hotel was very crowded as it was the start of Mardi Gras so the lounge in the lobby was very busy and sometimes it was sometimes hard to find a seat there but fund anyway. Elevators were prompt and staff very polite and helpful.
Our room was small and the bathroom was clean but so small that there were no towel bars and yet there was a sign saying that you could be environmentally helpful if you would use your towel more than once. If that was your wish, the sign to the housekeeper would be that your towel would be hung on the towel bar. We just found it humorous.
