Where able to check in early and get our room. Very friendly staff
Very poor insulation between rooms. We had to move from our first room, as it sounded like our neighbors were inside our room. In our second room we backed into the elevators and heard that constantly, but it was better than loud voices.
Staff was awesome. They were always helpful and super nice. Great customer service. Perfect location to most everything we wanted to see.
Strange smell in room. Not bad but not good either. Could have used a room freshener. The bathroom is a bit small. We kept hitting the wall with the door each time we opened it.
Initially we had a problem with our reservation and had to spend the night at a neighboring hotel. The hotel staff more than accommodated us in the end.
We had to call the corporate office to get our situation resolved
All in all, the hotel was nice. Location was excellent to convention center, bourbon street, and loads of other shopping. Great bed linens, but flimsy face wash clothes and towels compared to other hotels I've stayed in.
Bathroom tub was dirty. Couldn't take a soak bath. Shower only.
Unable to accommodate a room request made well in advance.
Paid wifi Did not clean room all day tour woman was rude
Well decorated, great views, excellent location and friendly staff.
Internet is like $12 a day...
Same hotel where conference was held
No menu for in room dining and no luggage stand in my room.
There was the remnants of a cookie under the chair by the tall lamp in the corner which I found because all of my lamps were unplugged and I had to crawl around to plug them all back in.
