8.0 Very good
Rooms are way too dark, needs more or stronger lighting.

2.0 Poor
Cons:1. My flight was delayed. I called 3 times to tell them, no one every answered. When I arrived at 1:20am they didn't have a room available and now were fully booked even though I had a reservation and was fully paid in advance. The staff repeated multiple times how I was a "No show" and it wasn't there fault. The staff did not offer or help me find another hotel. - I returned on Sunday for the remaining stay. 1. On the 3rd night I asked for a shower towel and they didn't have any and so used hand towels. 2. The room above me would wake me up at all hours of the night with loud banging. I asked to move rooms and the staff was unable as they needed approval and the person wasn't there at that time. I was unable to get it switched.
