Pros. The service was great and they did respond to our heating issue by giving us another room and comping us breakfast and dwas her.
Cons. The fact that the heat was not working in our room. And the Inconvenience it had.

Pros. Location, housekeeping services, large room. Gym is spacious and it offers certain fitness activities to the guests, such as Pilates and Yoga.
Cons. The blinds didn't close totally and allow some lighting into the room. Next day it was fixed with Velcro straps. The front desk assured me that I had a view to 5th Ave and it wasn't true. I saw the back of other buildings towards W 55 St. The gym is spacious but the machines are outdated and only for a certain group of muscles.
