The room was comfortable, a good size and very quiet. Ammenities were updated. It should be a beautiful hotel when the project is finished.
Hotel was under construction which was not noted in the description. The lobby was moved to the second floor (from the first) and lots of workers and equipment were evident. there was a bit of work dust in the 2nd floor lobby.
Great location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Choose a street facing room if possible, as some rooms are claustrophobic.
This was our third stay at the Time over the last 5 years and we've never been disappointed. Especially for the price! Staff was super friendly; comfy, modern room; great location in the theatre district and time square; room service breakfast (from the Serafina) was excellent
Only annoyance was that there was a sign at check in offering 20% off breakfast for guests; so we ordered accordingly, only to find out that room service wasn't eligible. If the food wasn't delicious we probably would've made a bigger stink about it
Great location, and wonderful staff
Overpriced for such small and unclean rooms. Our window was broken and we could hear everything at night, which in Times Square is loud and at times unbearable.
The rooms were dingy. The service was awful. We paid over $500 for the room and we didn't get what we paid for - Queen bed. They first tried to put us in a full bed room and then we had to go downstairs and complain. The rooms looked much better on the site than in "really life". The beds were gross with the blue comforter. The only thing that was nice was the tiny bathroom. I wouldn't stay here again.
I loved the room it was both clean and very spacious, my wife and I frequently stay in hotels due to both business and leisure and will definetely be returning to the time.
great location and the staff was very friendly
rooms are tiny
Great location - opposite "Chicago" & round the corner from "Mama Mia" on Broadway. Room well serviced with welcoming music playing each evening when we returned from our day's activities
Very small room & small bathroom (no bath) & shower which leaked all over the bathroom floor every time used due to faulty seals & poor tiling - needed attention. TV in room nice, but only one channel working. Not really designed with female guests in mind. I stayed with my Daughter would have liked better lighting to apply makeup & full length mirror & preferably twin beds rather than sharing a queen.
Excellent location, clean rooms, quick checkin/out at front desk
Location. Concierge was very helpful.
Rooms too small, could only just get our suitcases into the room.
Hotel was well located, and staff were very helpful
