Nice rooms. Standard . Free upgrade . Close to time square .
Very noisy . I can hear everything from the streets . But overall great place
Beds were decently comfortable.
The showers were awful and almost gave us burns due to randomly shifting temperatures. If our daughter were there I guarantee she would have been burned. The staff wasn't the most helpful after we asked them about it either. The bell hops were hard to find and unfriendly. The elevators were slow and tiny. I stay in NYC quite often and this has been the worst place I've stayed. I will not be staying again.
The staff are always very receptive to requests (extra pillows) and issues (came right away to fix window shade). Very close to Central Park, subways, tourist attractions. Always clean and comfortable.
The only thing I like about it was how close it was to most attractions
They charge you for everything small rooms small bath rooms no help from the front desk
Price is more reasonable if compare others
There was a mistake about the size and bed count of the room, if we didn't print and bring with us it could have been trouble
everyone was helpful and nice
the stuff were really nice
the room was too small and look really old
Location location location . Walking distance to Central Park, theaters and times square. Clean. Staff friendly and efficient.
Could not supply me with a toothbrush - Be sure to pack your toothbrush and shaver!!!
The view in the 25 floor it's so amezining
Spacious suite. Felt like we were in a studio apartment - even had a fridge, sink and microwave in a separate area...foyer between bedroom and living area. Love the classic feel/style to it. Decor in bedroom and bathroom had the look and feel of old school 3-4 star hotels. Outstanding location. Just blocks from Central Park, Times Square...everything Midtown has to offer.
Elevators on the East Wing, where our room was, we're really slow. Took too long (45 mins) to get our car - even if it was Monday morning on 7th and 54.
dident like this hotel i paid 300 dollar for 80 dollar room will never go back
heating and air system was out of control. Large tour groups at all hours. Noisy, room was small. Absolutely NO amenities.
No Wi-Fi in the room and had to pay to use the house computers.
Baggage handling and door crew are top notch, informative, respectful and very helpful.
$55 per night parking, but they are not alone, thats typical of the hotels in the area, search hard though and don't forget to add the cost of parking when looking for a hotel in Manhattan.
Every thing elese
