Cons:3 cars in parking lot, hard to tell if it was really opened. It looked abandoned. We had to pry open the front door because it was broken. The pillows were very old and poor quality. Both mattresses sloped down on the sides. You had to be in the middle two feet to not feel like we were going to fall off the bed.The veneer was peeling off of furniture. The windows did not have screens and lock was broken. There was hair in the shower and a dry, crusty face cloth in the top corner of the shower. Complained to desk staff, who moved us. Better mattresses, no crusty wash cloth and had a screen. My son requested 3 extra pillows because the other ones were so flat. He was told they could only give him two, per hotel policy. I truly believe there was only one other room booked in the hotel. Breakfast was not good, gallon of milk, a big bottle of ketchup - both of which are health code violation, watery juices, muffins, cereal and watery, clumpy waffles.
Pros:Hotel was clean and quiet, despite the fact that they are undergoing renovations. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Very nicely maintained property, great pool!
Cons:The continental breakfast could use some revamping. Horrible coffee and stale danish/muffins.
