The location is just perfect to discover Nice. In the centre of the city but enjoyably quite. Its location near to shops restaurants and attractions. The property’s location in the old town is fantastic. Very easy to reach main sites. The location is simply perfect. Situated in a prime spot, it was incredibly easy to find, making my journey stress-free. The location is perfect for visitors to explore the city and beach.

The kitchen was stocked well with amenities/equipment, and the washing machine was good features to have. The kitchen is complete and has all amenities you need. The kitchen facilities were good, with all basic items provided to allow us to make ourselves lunches and snacks, etc. Great facilities in the kitchen including wine glasses, electric kettle, microwave, kitchenware, stovetop, tea/coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, and coffee machine.

A lot of dust. The unit is very small. I hit my head numerous times in the loft area as a 6 foot tall person. The WiFi did not work well. It was dusty, and the quality of the room was low (run down and old). It did not appear to be well maintained/good quality. I could get over how tiny it was but it was filthy. Black hair all over the bed and towels, windows filthy hadn’t been dusted for weeks. Lack of kitchen equipment, before using a cup you have to clean it.

The property was walking distance to everything, beach, old town, shops and restaurants. The best one being the one downstairs. The bed was comfy, It was smaller than expected, cosy but didn’t really impact our stay as was barely there - overall good value for money. The staff was exceptionally helpful and polite, provided us with anything we needed. The room was small but you don't need any more space than that to be honest.

The staff were excellent. They were very quick to reply to any query and were very pleasant to deal with Location is amazing. The host helped us fix the lack of towels in the room straight away and was very accommodating as we could leave our bags in a safe room after checkout. I recommend this place.
