I liked the buffet and the amount of selection, I liked the Texas decor - being from Texas, it was familiar.. The gift shop clerk was the most helpful employee of all; room was comfortable, although the view from the non-smoking floor was just of the parking lot.. The price was unbeatable, for the short notice this trip was booked in.
The desk staff was horribly rude from the moment we walked in; we arrived too early for "early check-in", and we're told to check every 5min to see if someone checked out, even though nobody would arrive to clean any rooms for another 2hrs. Kimoko (front desk) argued and lied about statements she made to my husband, which only further frustrated us. The only redeeming factor was the gift shop clerk, who answered any questions in a positive and comfortable manner.
used house phone to call cab took over two hours, called 5 times,,,, caused me to miss flight, lost money from missed flight, \had to stay another night at hotel in town, thisa was very bad
buffet; oyster bar lunch specials; movie theatre and bowling alley, nice carpet, good parking
no free business center services for guests to work away from home. all staff should be trained to give the same answers
Loved everything except the small pool and no spa.
Dirty, smelly, thin walls, housecleaning came to room at 745AM. Hairs in sheets, bathtub filthy, towels old and nasty
I am very annoyed with Kayak not disclosing the resort fee on their booking process. This is dishonest and deceptive.
I like that they accomdiate my request everytime i stay there. They have great customer service and I like that the windows open for fresh air.
Just one thing, that if u had a visitor u had to come out your room with ur key and great everyone. That was a little hard for me being disabled. It was my birthday, so some of my family was visiting me.
Upset me that I booked a room online n when I get there I couldn't get it over the fact I'm not yet 21..
They try to give you whatever you ask for
The room was really clean, and the maids did a good job cleaning.
I didn't like that you had to pay a fee on top of putting a 100 dollar deposit. You had to pay for the wifi. This hotel is a money hungry business. Everything is based on paying.
