The staff as nice. I even forgot something and they found it and called me.
I had wanted two bedrooms but the rooms weren't available.
Very nice relaxing room
Rooms were CLEAN
Hallway near lobby had strange mildewy smell.
Great staff they were nice and helpful. It was clean and the bed, made me not want to return home.
Nothing ,everything went well
its location and cleanliness.
price was more than I would like to pay because I would like to stay there more often because I live out of town and work that area. a better discount would surely help.
The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I really felt like I got more than what I paid for, or expected.
Room was dirty. I got bit 5 times in the middle of the night resulting in swelling, redness, and a large, hot welted area on my arm that has lasted fordays! It is obvious this hotel caters to transients and people down on their luck. Poorly maintained
The location was great
The smell going into the hall way moldly smell carpet smells bad like had been wet Going into the room I have staked their 3 times the first two room smelled like the hall way bad the last visit inside was better key card didn't work after the 1st time
Even though we only stayed 2 nights, we enjoyed having a full-size refrigerator and kitchen area! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was great; very close to prime shopping/restaurant locations. Would stay there again, for sure.
I assume the guest who rented our room previously had cooked a TON of bacon, because it smelled like bacon grease to the point of nausea (We put fabric softener sheets in the pillow cases/AC filters and bought Febreeze). Limited hotel breakfast options.
The rooms were spacious and clean
The kitchen and I loved the suite I was in
the lack of service up to my room
Refrigerator was noisey.
Very clean and the staff was wonderful
Everything was good
Nice to be left alone -!
It was just ok
Located Close To Many Major Stores and Restaurants
2 night stay. First night 3am fire alarm evacuated guests and, therefore, made a good night's sleep impossible. Second night there was a huge police presence in front of the hotel. Flashing flights, many patrol cars, etc. Not a great experience.
The room had a kitchen and a sitting room in addition to the bedroom
Yes. When I go to the hotel, I was told they were sold out and i was to be sent to another of their properties which was less well located for my purposes.
The room was spacious and comfortable.
The noise level of other guest. Seemed unsafe at times.
Hotel was actually great, once they could get us in. Priceline and storm caused overbooking, so we had to be moved to a different hotel for the first night.
Walls seemed a bit thin. Could hear the neighbors easily, and I'm sure they could hear us.
Spacious room, quiet.
Did not receive requested wake up call. Free breakfast is a nutri-grain bar and a pot of coffee.
The hotel is generally very clean.
There was nothing wrong with the hotel. The problem is that I could not select a non-smoking room and got stuck with a smoking room because of priceline.com.
It's proximity to the convention center...
Breakfast was supposed to be include. Only apples and a granola bar were available. The inside smelled of Dog. It looked nothing like what was in the pictures posted online. Would never stay there again.
very small pool
Hotel reeked of dog and cigarette smoke. Lots of shady people hanging around outside. Definitely not a good place to stay with kids.
Very nice room.
Free breakfast was kind of lame, but then again, it was free.
Too dirty. Some guest bring their dirty pets also.
Nothing except they have told to contact price line so that they can give a day discount. Request price line to contact and credit a day discount in my credit card.
Every thing the room carpet, bed-sheet, dirty blanket, toilet door not closing..dirty sofa and chair everything.
The only thing that I actually liked about this hotel was the location, in that it was next to Northwoods Mall, and the fact that it was very quiet.
Whereas most of the front desk staff were friendly enough, there was one female desk clerk that after I came down from my room to ask for a pen and pad of paper, replied 'I'll bring it up to you!' Well, an hour went by and nothing. Very rude.
The kitchen and space!
The room walls, carpet, and chairs need a thoroughly ROUGH scrubbing! Great location, friendly staff, but not so clean rooms make it uncomfortable. Checked out way early before check out LOL
there is no ice machine, no walking distance eateries, and I DID NOT recieve a 4:00 am wakeup call.
The room was absolutely disgusting!! Was supposed to be a non smoking room, put us in a smoking and said it was the last room. Body hair in the bath tub and in the commode and sinks. Carpet was sticky and the room had an overall odor to it.
Would never stay here again. Would sleep in the car before I would pay to stay in such a disgusting room!!
I was placed in a smoking room, the manager said this was because of Priceline. The whole floor smelled like a big ashtray. There were no other rooms available. This experience will cause me to not use Priceline again.
You can count on a pleasant stay at this location. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay.
I stayed there with my husband last weekend and it was okay. The lobby smells like an ashtray and the first room they gave us did as well even though I asked at the front desk, whether all rooms were non-smoking and he said yes. However the he was very nice and helpful when I asked whether we could have a different room. They switched us to another room that was better in every way; nicer furniture, WAY better smell, cleaner,... For whatever reason something started beeping somewhere in the middle of the night and didn't stop for about 10 minutes.. In general you here most everything that goes on in the hallway outside your room. There are only 2 pots and the spatula was really gross, so bring your own supplies if you're planning on cooking much. If you don't mind the smell of smoke, this is definitely an okay place to stay. I don't think I will be staying there again though.
The room stunk! It reeked of cigarettes and food! Upon check in there were empty beer cans in the loby, and the maid was walking around with an unlit cigarette in her mouth. One guest was sitting in front of the entrance with a pitt bull drinking beer and talking loudly on her cell phone. Needless to say we didn't feel comfortable staying there with our newborn. We both had such bad headaches from the terrible smell. The bed was so old and worn out we both kept sinking towards the middle. We didn't want to touch anything. I've stayed in some questionable hotels, but this one goes down in history! Oh, did I mention they were redoing the roof? Noisy, debris falling from the roof, had to park in the Lowes parking lot next door because all the spaces that weren't being taken up by constuction workers were roped off. Nasty!!!
Our stay was ok but I don't know if I would stay again. You could smell people's food in the hall and a few times, we got woke up from slaming doors. The foldout couch was very, very uncomfy for the kids and we ended up putting the mattress on the floor. Our bed was really nice though. I was very disappointed to find that we didn't get free wifi at this place. It was in a nice location though so that was a plus. Overall, the stay was ok but nothing to brag about.
The hotel enjoys an excellent location on the water, looking toward Charleston across the harbor. There are no other buildings neaby, so it is quiet and relaxed. The facility is in excellent shape, and the staff seems glad to have you are as their guest. The Front Desk was exceedingly helpful. Getting across the water to Charleston is easy because the bridge is very close. I did not use the pool, but it looked plenty large and well located. The hotel maintains a sandy area in front of the biulding near but not right on the shoreline (safe for small kids), with clean white sand, firepits and play equipment for small children.
we travel frequently for business and its great to be able to have a place to cook meals so that we are not constantly eating out and the convience of having a kitchenette is great for us also its colose to both major highways and very quiet and peaceful when we come in from ahrd long day doing construction work in the area ! I enjoy having the work center to do my computer work in also ! e stay at the extended stays frequently ! they are clean and great for the money !
We stayed for 1 night only. Booked the hotel online from its website, got a coupon for $* off the price. When we checked in (there was not even a front desk, just an office) I mentioned that I had a discount and the staff didn't know about it and told me that it would show at check out. I later brought the coupon down to another staff and she told me that without that coupon I would have paid $*. \nThe moment we got out of the elevator we could smell the heavy smell from all kinds of food. The room itself was barely clean, only provided 2 pieces of soap. I had to go down there twice, once for shampoo and another time for hairdryer. The room smells food too from previous stay maybe. This hotel is definitely good for weekly or monthly stay, not nightly. I will not stay here again if I have another choice.
This hotel is now my first choice when staying in the Goose Creek area. The rooms are huge with plenty of sleeping space for 6, and the price is right. Rooms are clean, hotel is quiet and the service desk is very accommodating.
