EverythingThey charge me twice and refuse to give back
This is a budget motel no doubt, but for being one of the cheapest hotels, it's by far one of the nicest. I stay here often, the room is always clean, and the staff is consistently friendly( a very rare thing with cheap hotels)
The location can be a bit sketch, but I usually feel safe.Great for the price, close to Bart and a few nice restaurants. Great staff
Close to the BART.
They didn't know that I had booked on Priceline, and they told me that I would have to pay outside of my booking on Priceline, which had never before been my Priceline experience. They also charged more than what Priceline had said the cost would be.Only go here if all the hotels in SF are booked, as was the case when I visited. Guy at the desk at first told me there was no room, and when I told him I had already booked on Priceline, he charged me himself, and told me that Priceline doesn't charge.
The staff was very nice and accommodating
Carpet was inexplicably damp.Area somewhat bit run down. There is however within 1 1/2 blocks BART Station and within 1/2 miles some nice shopping, dining and bars. Would use taxi after dark, though day time walking area fine. Inexpensive, clean and friendly staff and easy access to freeways and transit make this good choice for budget and younger travelers.
It was the right price and the staff was nice.
The tv remote was missing, beds headboard was broke, refrigerator didn't work, shower drain had sharp edges and took 5 minutes for the hot water to heat up. I would not go back.I would rate the Hotel a 1 star. The room seamed like it wasn't well kept up to standards.
Close to public transportation
The price I booked was not the price I paid to stay at the hotel. He didn't tell he charging my card. I thought he just putting a hold on my card. My room did not get cleaned during my entire stay. It's cheap... You get what you pay for...
Refrigerator and microwave. Nice shower too.
Fridge and microwave were in a weird spot (blocking the closet). Furniture needs re-arranging.This was a so-so choice. The room was clean. Bed was the tiniest full bed I've ever seen (and I travel a lot), but the bed was comfortable. The hotel featured a strange mix of good and bad features. There was black mold on one bathroom wall, and an ancient, stained, tiny bathroom sink (from the 70's I think - bad fake marble) with no counter or anyplace to put belongings. But the shower was nice, (looked to to newish - last 10 years or so) with plenty of hot water. The room featured a refrigerator and microwave, which was an unexpected perk. However they weren't plugged in, and were in a weird place which totally blocked the closet. We moved them (so we could use the closet) and did without a fridge and microwave. Hotel management was nice or testy, depending on who you were dealing with. Definitely no late che...
