The price was obviously inflated due to the College World Series, but the room we were put in was in serious need of upgrading. The carpets were shot, and the bathroom needed romodeled. We left after one night (had booked for three) and found a better hotel for a cheaper price.
Good, we can stay in its not bad idea, breakfast is ok
We had arrived late in the day due to Tire trouble. My wife (3 months Pregnant) and I were exhausted. The staff was very accommodating and quickly got us our room. We were very pleased. Thank you Super 8
For $45 a night this hotel was great. The room was a good size and was pretty clean, save for a few smudges on the walls. The bathroom was clean, but the exhaust fan did not work. The bed was comfy and and we'll maintained. I would stay here again if I come through Omaha again; this is a great deal.
For just to get away and be in a smokin room with cable(which we don't have ) it was awesome.
The price was right for our family of 3 adults, 2 kids, and on arrival we were told we could have a roll away for the 3rd adult (our college age son). The rollaway never appeared, and when asked, the person on duty told us fire codes wouldn't allow them to bring one to the room. So one of us slept on the floor. Wish we would have known that up front!
The beds here are very uncomfortable and the cleaning was not the best, the room looked like it hadn't been vacumed very well. The staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. For the price I paid it was ok but I doubt if I will stay there again.
I was very pleased with my visit to this hotel! I would use this hotel again.
This hotel was good for the amount we paid. We stayed for a girls weekend and just used it for a place to sleep. It was nice being right by the interstate and there was some good restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and reasonable. I would stay here again and recommended it for other friends just looking for somewhere to stay.
I stayed in what is likely the busiest weekend for Omaha hospitality, so while the cost was a bit more than what I'd otherwise expect to pay for its class, it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were good, the location convenient to the weekend's events, and staff was outstanding -- I don't expect 4-star service at a Super 8, so the fact that the clerk Saturday morning was particularly friendly, welcoming, and helpful beyond her job requirements stood out. Its nearness to other hotels put it right on the meeting's shuttle route, so we could leave our car behind. The continental breakfast was good, although the small space made it a bit cramped, and the wait for the waffle iron took awhile, but hey, they had waffles!
This is the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. Turns out my room backed up to the lobby, even though they sent me in a side door. At 4am they began to set up for breakfast, slamming doors and cabinets on the wall behind my head, throwing plastic bags around. At 5am noise began upstairs. At 6am I called the desk to comment on the noise. Not only was he unapologetic for my lack of sleep, but seemed to think that the amount of noise was reasonable to set up for breakfast, and that 'an entire wrestling team' was checking out. As though they couldn't be expected to check out politely like the rest of civilized people. Sadly, I will be finding another hotel for my second night. The room was very clean, smelled clean, was comfortable, accepted pets, free breakfast, lots of TV channels to choose from... unfortunately losing 2 hours of sleep is not worth it for me. They need to invest in some serious sound-proofing. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but not too bad.
Hotel was clean; had no problems with sound from the highway as other reviewers claimed to have had. I was traveling with my two cats, and they were happy to accommodate me with little trouble whatsoever and put me in a room near the entrance so I could easily bring in their crates/ Would definitely stay with again.
Was very satixfied with my stay would recomment it to anyone looking for a reasonable price motel
I was in town to check into school and visit friends, and was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Was very clean, bed was comfortable, hotel in general was central to all the places I had to go. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone this is a good place to stay while in Omaha. :)
The room was really small, there were parts of the bathtub that were missing. The weather was 107 degrees and our air conditioner didn't work. We didn't call the front desk because we heard them telling other customers there were no more rooms. The outside door lock didn't work. We had to go around to the front desk every time we needed to go back to our room. The staff was friendly and it was a good location.
Stayed a full week, the workers are all great to deal with. Very clean and extremely safe GREAT security! Only caution is the bathroom water gets very hot very fast so watch your kids!
