Staff was kind,
lights did not come on, causing me to miss last step. I hurt my knee causing me to end my stay...Stagnant air when you entered room. I had to be moved to another room, because first room was a high traffic room...it was dirty
DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE AT ALL. LOTS OF OUTSIDE NOISE DURING THE NIGHT. PEOPLE SITTING ON STAIRS SMOKING OR STANDING IN THEIR DOORWAYS SMOKING. JUST AN OVERALL POOR EXPERIRNCE.
Our room was not cleaned very well and we had the cleaning lady come back and re-clean the toilet. The sink faucet still had toothpaste on it and food was left in the refrigerator. Aside from the HORRIBLE cleaning job, the beds were very uncomfortable. You could feel every spring in the mattress. I would have been more comfortable sleeping on the ground in a tent.
the staff was friendly
The room was in disrepair. There were German roaches in the bathroom
The manager and staff were friendly enough. I saw a customer being rude to the manager and he acted very professionally. I was impressed by how clean our bathroom was in our room, it was cleaner than some pricier rooms I've stayed in. You really couldn't beat it for the $50ish dollars we paid to stay there. It's only about a 10 minute drive from a nice park with clean beach access that has showers and picnic facilities. I think it was Tom Renick Park.
The room had water damage in the ceiling, our fridge didn't work but we were only there for a night so didn't request a repair. If you plan on being in the room right when you arrive you may want to call ahead and ask that they turn the air on. Our room was 95 degrees with stagnant air when we arrived. Also make sure to test the wifi because it did not work for us.
NICE DECOR, GOOD FEEL TO THE UNIT
Poor wifi service
