Pros. Evening front desk gentleman was great, friendly, courteous and helpful.
Cons. ROOM WAS DEPLORABLE. CURTAINS HAD VISIBLE BLACK MOLD, ALL OVER. (Pictures taken). FRONT DOOR WAS BANGED UP. SINK COUNTER WAS CRACKED WIDE OPEN. MATTRESSES TURNED TO CRATERS AFTER SITTING IN IT. DIRTY AND BROKEN FURNITURE. CHECKED ANOTHER ROOM WAS WORSE. HAD WET SMELLY SPOTS ON THE CARPET. They said it was under renovation, if so they should shut it down, remodel and then rent. Owners are irresponsible and taking advantage of travellers. Front desk clerk was great and a gentleman but he couldn't do anything, beyond his control. Shame on the Management.

Cons. When i first arrived at the hotel it took me a hour to get a room then when I finally got a room the first one had roaches in the bath tub and reaked of a stinch. The second room that the hotel tried switching me to the door wouldn't open and there were bed bugs inside the bed. The third room that we finally received after I was told I was getting a upgraded for no extra charge, turned out to be a room that was affected by hurricane Matthew and was under construction and was not supposed to be rented out. I found this information out due to the fact myself and other guests of the room were in the room talking and the maitenence guy of the hotel walked into the room because he had a key to the room. This fiasco turned into going back and forward with the staff of the hotel and the staff being so rude and not helpful or considerate what so ever. The staff proceeded not to give a refund harassed me and my guests on top of calling the police because of their mess ups that they did not want to clean up.

Pros. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I have stayed here before and it is obvious they have taken the time and spent the money to renovate. Enjoyed our time here once again. Location is great and convenient to everything. We will be back.
