The central location
Room quality, clean bathroom, well located
We loved our junior suite room with all its extras, down to the white terrytowelling bathrobes, the view from each window and the beautiful bathroom.
Perhaps the smell of smoke when entering the foyer = it can be quite annoying when zou dont smode yourself.
The location is good - a lot of bars and pubs are near the hotel.
Although it was advertised on the website that there is internet connection everywhere in the hotel, Wifi did not work in our room on the third floor. The elevator was not functioning all the time.
Good dining room and good service. Staff spoke good to passable English.
It took a very long time for the hot water to work its way to my room, 10 minutes or more.
There was no hot water in the afternoons. The water pressure was low even for the cold water. They did not make up my room after the first night of my stay.
The place had a homely traditional feel to it, with some old day grandeur mixed in !
Location, old wood.
Can be noisy on the street side.
Location - the only advantage of this "hotel".
At the arrival, nobody wanted to help us with finding the way to parking in the maze of Ostrava's one-way streets. TV was supposed to be 37 inches. Reality was different - it was less than 20 inches. But it didn't matter because it didn't work anyway. The air condition was very noisy and a lot of water dripped off from the device during the night. Breakfast - the variety of food was very small.
