I liked the cleanliness of the room as well as the value for the money.
I didn't enjoy the location of the hotel. It was further away from the center of the city, where we ventured each day. We did not find out about the bus service until we checked out, but other than that (45 minute walk there and back) the experience was a pleasant one.
Location & Budget.
I liked a lot the courtesy, kindness and empathy of the staff. Also the building and its facilities are nice, good for a relaxing vacation.
The pool on the 14th floor is a thing to enjoy! Very few hotels with a pool in Palermo.
The neigbourhood is filthy and smelling really bad. A walk to town (15-20 minutes) smells really bad.
Good size room, value for money.
Desk staff unhelpful, bordering on rude. Restaurant menu limited and food very average. A bit out of the way in a very dirty area of Palermo. We wished we had stayed closer to the centre of town.
A good room, very good staff at the reception, not far from the downtown.
The dinner in the hotel restaurant was very bad: Quality of the dishes was not very high, fortunately, the parts were small so we didn't suffer too much.
The View was beautiful and the desk staff helpful.
I accidently left my mobile in the room after I checked out. I enquired about it with the hotel and have yet to receive any answer. One would think they would value their reputation more.
The staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. The pool on the roof was great as were the pre dinner drinks. We very much enjoyed our stay and would go back
Watch out for the taxis over charging. You can get the bus into the centre of town from just outside the hotel for 90cents but hiring a car is worthwhile to get the most from the area.
The swimming pool, nice, big and never overcrowded. Breakfast, with high quality fresh croissants, and also scrumbled eggs and rushers are available. Conditioning air everywhere in the hotel.Nice view from the swimming pool.
Decor is a bit old around the hotel, fruit juices for breakfast are orrible. Need to get the bus to go to the city, but its just 5 minutes by bus and bus stop in right in front of the hotel.
