It was overlooking the beach, it had direct access to a beatiful pedestrian and the breakfast was good.
The overall experience was unsatisfactory. The staff are undertrained and somewhat rude. The receptionists were not helpful, couldn't respond to problems that came up, staff at the hotel would take our orders wrong or give us misleading information. The wifi was never working in our room and the excuses we received time and time again were never satisfactory. Overall this was definitely not a 5-star experience even though it was a 5-star price, i wouldnt suggest it to anyone.
Very nice room
The staff in breakfast and at the night bar it poor as number no good service old hotel no a five star hotel more as three star hotel
We ordered a cyprus coffee with which they generally offer a small cyprus sweet (loukoumi). I have asked for a second sweet and the waiter said " No, only one comes with the coffee." In addition, we had to wait 1 hour at the pool bar for 1 portion of pasta.
not even a 3 star hotel
the whole hotel
Very responsive and good staff. More or less good pool and pool services. not much crowded, good quality of food
Low quality of rooms assuming that the hotel value itself as 5 star, far from sea and no good access to beach, dirty beach (not at the hotel territory), very short menu - after 3-4 days there was nothing new to order, no animation and poor kid's facilities
The view was amazing, the pool and gardens were exceptional, but no attention to the finer details. The limited staff at the hotel tried their best and were as friendly as possible.
No attention to the finer details which is a must in any 5star hotel. Due to the fall in business you sensed the cuts in staffing and facilities. And the use of energy saving lightbulbs everywhere is great for environment but lack in ambience
friendly staff and good service
dirty carpets in the corridors+poor breakfast
All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to be pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in a mature setting with established trees and gardens, yet the hotel facilities look new.
The pool area, the room and the gardens.
The breakfast was not up to the 5-star standard. All the services(massage, hair dressing etc) were too expensive. The adjacent beach was not nice.
the breakfast is poor comparing to other 5* hotels or resorts.
the location and facilities
not too friendly
