very welcoming . staff very pleasant and helpful. breakfast buffet very efficient..room very clean and of good size. great hotel all round
free wi fi would be good
Very nice, clean and modern hotel. They were still busy with some modernisation works while we were there. Excellent compared to similar hotel nearby.
Wi-fi very expensive at £8 per hour. These days Wi-fi is usually included in any hotel booking...
Convenient for Gare du Nord and most sight-seeing. Surprisingly quiet, very clean, large bathroom and excellent shower. Also supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance.
Bed a bit uncomfortable, lift worked intermittently, couldn't make the air conditioning work but with window open was ok. Did not have breakfast (which seemed expensive) as many local cafes had deals for coffee and pastry.
Very clean, quite big size of room (for Paris), any bad smels, quietly, good location (20 minutes by walk to Louvre and 10-15 min by walk to Opera), all renovate. My next time in Paris I'll stay here again.
safe and fridge are lack
Friendly, helpful staff. Newly refurbished, quiet room. Very comfortable bed.
Expensive Internet access. No safe in room. Uncleared tables at breakfast. Slow lift. Dark staircase.
Friendliness of staff - also very helpful. Position was perfect for getting in and around Paris.
good location...... near opera
lift was not working for our 5 days stay.....and we were in 5th floor.manager gave us one free night as compensation which i found great......
Clean, tidy and well located, staff very helpful.
