The room is too small. Audio isolation not ideal. Price. Our bedroom didn't have a kettle and some neighbors were too loud at some late hours of the night. Rooms are rather small but it’s normal in Paris. Elevator limited to 2 persons. Difficulty with large luggage to take elevator. The room prices is too high, Having paid that kind of money, I expected a more normal breakfast and comfortable room. No AC tiny rooms. The rooms are run down. Location not safe . No airconditioning. Fans were dusty . Fridge does not work . Not even a bottle if water was provided. How much can a bottle of water cost?? Manager is useless and refused to do anything . He refused to acknowledge that the rooms need to be upgraded. Will never recommend it . ????????. A smell of paint in the room. The bed too small for us. No aircon No shelves in the bathroom for our stuff. No wifi. It is very noisy when you keep the window open. If I was being picky, it could do with redecorating. Paint job not the best and carpet on the stairs could do with either a good clean or a new one. No air conditioning in room, sound proofing could be better. Bathroom. It's very small. everything was excellent. Room is quite small. For 1 person (I traveled alone) it is acceptable, I would say ok. But if you are not alone, for 2 people the size of the room is too small. Also sound insulation of walls is very poor. Laying on the bed or sitting at the table in your room, you can hear easily all what your neighbors are telling in the corridor or even in their rooms. Ok, it was not a big trouble for me, but definitely it's inconvenient. Room was quite small, noisy neighbours. The shower was horrific! Only half a door, so the water went absolutely everywhere!! They wanted you to reuse the towels but that was impossible to do since you had to mop up all the water with them. Also the nightstands and desk were very sticky, like they have never been wiped off. Had to wipe everything down. Lighting could also be improved. the lighting of the room was too yellow and the room was very hot during night. The room is very small, smaller than it looks in pictures, but normal for paris. 2 people barely have room to move around. It also has an unkept look. Not enough storage space.
