The air is dry, the room is outdated, bad metro location, the Internet (that costs additional money) is horrible, and the room smelled musty.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby is nice and well taken care of. The location is wonderful with quaint streets all around with lots of local bakeries, meat and cheese shops and cafes.
Our room was too close to the street on the first floor with street lights glaring in. Breakfast was too expensive!!
Excellent location, the family rooms are very comfortable with enough space, everything was within our reach , mny shops, super markets , metro very close, cleaned every day, most stuff were very nice and helpful. It was recently renovated and that is a big advantage for a Paris hotel
Actually there is nothing we didn;t like. Some things could be better but nothing was bad. We would like a fridge in our room but it is a 2 star hotel. The only thing that was a bit bothering was that the receptionist at check in counted us 2 times before letting us in in case we are more than we had told her. Of course we weren't more. I understand her wanting to be O.K. with her job but she could very easily have been more discteet about it. Everything else was really fine.
Fairly quiet for central Paris and within easy walking distance of nearest Metro station and huge range of restaurants.
A mistake to try minuscule continental breakfast with stale bread, croissants, Danish - terribly overpriced at 10 euros per person.
not much - I expected its location would be good but in fact, you always have to tranfer to another metro line to get to the desired famous spots in Paris
Small and tiny room (couldn't even freely move), strange shower, and expensive breakfast compared to its quality
Location, close to rue La Fayette and L'Opera and all other sights are quite close to the hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, quite good for the money paid.
The room needs renovation (the wall was nearly black at the ceiling).
front desk very helpful
plumbing is very poor
The lobby is small but nice, but service and room is unbelievable and ridiculous!
We booked the superior room for three persons but they reserved the small double room for us. The staff didn't do anything for us!! We request to change to another hotel but they still forced us to paid for the first night (that's not our fault!!). We spent a lot of time to look around the nearby hotel and found the nice hotel and more cheaper than this rubbish hotel. We stayed the first night in this hotel so three persons slept in one small double bed! We can't open all the baggages on the floor because the room is very very small, how come it call superior room??? totally different with the picture as the website shown. The towel is grey colour and very dirty, no curtain for shower, very small bath room and the room is dirty!
