Needed a comfortable chair to sit in
Nice area, clean and quiet
No mention of the indoor pool being repaired on website. The indoor pool was the main reason for chosing this motel. Would have stayed elswhere if had known the pool wasn't available. NO EXCUSE for this not being updated online.
The breakfast was awful the donuts were ice cold barely any juice not much to choose from breakfast. Pillows were awful was woke up at 5 a.m
Staff was courteous n helpful..pool was nice..
There was little breakfast left by 9am
the pool looked great, but I did not bring my suit, everything was clean and smelled clean
The staff was rude, spoke poor English and the room was less than clean.
They were very accomidating to our needs. We needed breakfast early and they offered to put it out earlier than they normally would.
We had many things that we needed to take to our room and an elevator would have been nice to have.
My brother died on 6/24. Our first thought was not to cancel hotel reservations. When I finally realized on 6/26 that this was the day they were supposed to be fishing, I called to cancel the trip only to find out that Super 8 refused to return the fees that were charged against our credit card. I can understand that you must have a cancellation policy but a death in the family should be considered unavoidable. How come the small business owner of the fishing trip who lost a complete days wages was more respectful then your company?
