the hotel itself was nice compared to other hotels in the area the idea that i ordered a kingsize bed and they gave me some lame excuse for putting me in another room that had 2 smaller beds in it especially since i specifically ordered a room with a king bed is not whats supposed to happen when you first arrive to rest..also person at desk didnt seem to care about the idea that i ordered a room that was supposed to have acouch in it and separatesitting area..i feel i lost value because of this...i didnt want two queen beds but she just didnt get it
Very impressed by the staff! The hotel is beautiful and I wish we had been able to stay longer to take advantage of all the wonderful amendities.
It was comfortable and enjoyable. Loved the indoor pool and laundry facilities. Would have liked movies to choose from on tv however
Room and facility was very clean. Hot tub was dirty, the water had hair and bugs. The outside pool was not heated, I know it gets pretty hot in this area but on this particular weekend it was not, the pool was ice cold. The only time anyone got in the outside pool was 1-3 pm anytime after that anyone that tried to go into the pool quickly ran out.
The staff was helpful and very friendly. Accommodations weren't a problem and the location was overall great for a really good price. Didn't really like that it was under construction because I didn't get that "home away from home" feel. However, I'm sure it's all to make it look nicer and to give guests a better experience, but it was a bummer that I had to stay there while that was happening. No big deal though, still enjoyed everything!
Generally courteous service The mobile check in feature was not accurate and caused us to wait 2 hours for the room.
Quick access to freeway & mall. BF incl which was more than just sweet rolls and coffee. Friendly staff, clean big rooms. 3x Problems with the key and being in 3rd floor is a pain to go down to get help each time.
Everything was okay but not spectacular Living area was small and kitchenette was not stocked with plates or paper towels. Beds were just okay. Left wedding ring on bathroom counter and called a few hours later and it was not found. Sitting room TV was very small and desk only had one chair so it couldn't double as dinner table for family.
Room was clean and it's close to shopping and the fwy Still smelled smoke somehow even though im in a non smoking room. Ait conditioner worked when it wanted too.
Nothing People were living in the hotel. Very loud, slamming doors it was like a huge party. Never again, not safe for a single women, pay the extra cash and stay somewhere safer.
I didn't like anything about the room! Booked in advanced and it took over 30 minutes to Check in the lobby was hot and smelled like cigarettes, the carpet in the elevator was gross and had white stains. The bed was uncomfortable. The furniture looked out of date and had missing handles on the drawers, the bathroom was tiny and the doors to the bathroom are closet type doors the toilet got clogged and it took about 40 minutes for them to bring a plunger the air conditioner was faulty the non smoking room we got reeked of cigarettes, the HOT tub wasn't even hot asked if it could go hotter and the staff said I have to were till late ocotober for it To be hot. The pool was dirty as well worst hotel I've ever stayed at!!!!!!!
I booked through Kayak so when I got my receipt at the motel it said $35 and the girl explained that's whTat they charged Kayak but I paid $62
I was very pleased with this hotel. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was very friendly. Got a smoking room and it did not smell bad or like smoke at all. Very happy with this place and would stay again and recommend. no, I liked everything.
Hotel employee was very friendly, especially at check-out, and seemed genuinely concerned about how I enjoyed my stay. Clean room, comfy bed, great bathroom and shower. OK if you have to stay in Adelanto. A Denny's and fast food options are south on The facility is kept clean, but seems old and worn (e.g. carpeting). TV remote was ancient and many buttons were unresponsive and hard to use; glad I was only staying one night. The hotel was better than the town; Adelanto has little to recommend it.
The staff is great and very clean room. I would stay here again. I wished i could of got a first floor room.

I had no dislikes
It was affordable, and in the right location for me. The staff was unintelligible and only mildly helpful. The room reeked of smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The linens were visibly unclean. I'm thankful I brought my own towels. The iron was attached to the ironing board in a
Impeccably Clean inside and out... great security and very private area. very quiet and cleaning staff was excellent! It's out in the middle of nowhere, but that may be a plus for some folks... I enjoyed the privacy.
The t.v. channel selection. The front desk lady is very rude.

Room was very clean. Flat screen TV with lots if Chanels was a definite plus. I liked that there was a continental breakfast, it made being away from home bit easier. Loud at night, hair on the towels. Other than that, no issues.
Not much The location was too far from restaurants. Location seemed to be in a declining residential area. When we finally found a place to eat there were only two choices pizza or Mexican and the pizza place had bars on window and door.
After our initial misunderstanding with the front desk clerk, she did phone us once we entered our room to find out if everything was ok. We booked a room with 1 king bed, but had 3 people. (Kid was going to sleep on mat on floor.) We were told we needed to pay an additional $10 for extra person (stated no where but at the front desk.) We worked it out but initial impression was negative.
The location was perfect. I was only minutes from S.C.L.A. where I was to begin work. The front desk staff had everything ready when I checked in. They also had maps of the area and gave me some tips for local restaraunts. You can always fins a chain. The fitness room could use free weights. In the morning they some new choices for breakfast. Hot food was an improvement. I have been to this hotel before and did have problems getting on the internet and they didn't have Fox news. Both problems were remedied on this visit. Over all great stay. friendly staff.
We really enjoyed the hotel. All of the amenities were enjoyable, especially the breakfast was delicious! The room was very clean and comfortable.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I have no complaints.
I had trouble with my flight, with the rental car the day was just bad. I got to the hotel at 1:30am and did not expect someone to be at the desk. The front doors were locked so I used the intercom to talk to the young lady who was there. She verified my reservation and let me in. Nice to see that they care about guest safty as a woman travelling alone. I am a new priority club member but was asked if I wanted a late check out since I was getting in so late. This young lady (didn't remember her name)made my night. She was smileing and so nice even though it was so late. The next morning at breakfast I found the same treatment, Nataly was so pleasent. She stopped and talked to all of us table by table. The whole stay was one that I will look forward to again as I will now be staying there when I am back in Hesperia. Oh and there's a Super Target across the street, I had to get a prescriotion filled and when I asked Brandy at the front desk when it opened she looked up their phone number and called them to get the hours.
Clean, welcoming staff, great breakfast, easy access to interstate.
I really enjoyed the three nights I was there. The staff and service was very pleasing.
Hotel is in a great location, freeway close, super target across the street with eating places. Hotel has indoor swimming pool, spa and fitness center and a great continental breakfast. Hotel staff is very friendly and accomodating.
Enjoyes breakfasts and jacuzzi. Nice staff.
This hotel was a great place for my husband, our 1 year old, and I to stay. There is a heated indoor pool and spa, which is nice when the weather in the High Desert is cold. It was not crowded at all, as a matter of fact we had the whole pool to ourselves most of the time. The breakfast was included and tasted really good. The rooms were very clean and we had an overall great stay. I wish the price was a little cheaper, but still a good value for the amenities.
''I am a road driver for Fedex Freight. Last night 12/17/08 interstate 15 was shut down do to a snow storm. I stayed at the HIE in Hisperia Ca. I was lucky to get a room, because several thousand folks were in the same boat I was in. The staff was working under adverse conditions, and their replacement help wasn't able to get to work, so they had to work around the clock. Lots of people tryed to get rooms after the hotel was full, and they put as many as they could in the great room for the night, and they fed them breakfest in the morning. These people would have had to spend a long cold night in their cars. This gesture of kindness really impressed me with your organization. I was also told that if I couldn't get my truck out of the snow before checkout time, that wasn't a problem. You can be sure the next time I'm making plans to stay at a hotel, HIE will be at the top of my list. Thanks again for a job well done.
I originally liked the price Disgusting. The ceiling was caving in from rot and water damage. There was blood smeared on the bathroom wall and dripped on the floor. There were cigarette burns on the tub. The walls were filthy. It was a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarettes. We stayed 20 minutes, then cancelled our reservation. We were charged by kayak anyway and had to just eat it
Room was very clean and updated. Comfortable bed!
I likedon't the fact that you can have a place to rest half way from L.A. to Las Vegas. Corner store right across the street. Was in and out.
I survived. We can start with the lack of a welcome or conversation by the staff. When I called to inform the staff that the television was not working, I was asked, "Can't you fix it?". Eventually someone came to repair it. The room was filthy, towels grayish rather than white and harsh to the touch. The climax of the filthy room was the bloody bathroom door. Not sprinkles but large blood smears. It took me a while to understand why people kept going in and out of the of the rooms next door with cars coming and going constantly. This was answered at 0317 when one of the argument in the room next door were discussing that her services weren't for free (in more explicit terms). The threats of physical harm from the next door room caused my wife and I to get out of bed and move from the walls for fear of being shot (per their loud threatening conversations). This lasted for two hours and culminated with someone pulling the fire alarm. No sleep or rest for the innocent.
