It was clean, comfortable bed provided a much needed good night sleep and an accommodating staff.
The showerhead did not work.
Great location and staff.
Room had some cleanliness issues, or I have been spoiled by staying in too many Kimptons.Would have been a great stay had the room been cleaner and the bathroom sink drained properly. I will definitely give this hotel another chance.
Yes, the manager refused to call me back. I wanted to switch Sheraton's because I had booked the wrong one. I wasn't canceling the reservation because I was still going to another SheratonNot helpful!
Room was big.
Had some difficulty getting into a room and desk clerk was barely courteous. Pillows at this location are king-sized neck-breaking lumps. Getting a softer pillow took two calls and a half hour. Fitted sheet on bed was loose, wrinkled, slipped around.Location is only good if you're in Phila. for the universities.
clean & quiet
Bath products appear cheap.Excellent location within UPenn / Drexel campus, and less than 5min walk to subway with convenient access to Center City. University food trucks are about 5-10min walk away during the daytime, selling mostly chinese food and a wide variety of sandwiches / hoagies. Also Sangkee Noodle House, a fairly authentic but small chinese restaurant frequented by international students on campus, is available in the lobby. Hotel rooms are very clean, new, and quiet, with comfortable bedding.
Close to chop walked in 10 min . Staff understanding. Gave courtesy late checkout incase we needed it. Great Chinese restaurant in lobby. Saw concert at trocadero 10 min away
Safe area would stay againStaff excellent. Rooms small but clean and very functional. Near university. Penn hospital and chop. Chinese restaurant great prices and very good food. Parking was tight but ample.
We were visiting Penn so location was excellent. Room set up was great. Power bar across desk with multiple outlets was very convenient.Excellent hotel. If you are visiting Penn, it is SO convenient but also not difficult to get to theater area, which we also enjoyed. The room was so nicely set up for electronics. Lots of easily accessible outlets, ethernet, connection to TV. Staff very professional. Room and public areas very clean.
Excellent experience as expected form a Sheraton property. Would definitely go backExcellent experience as expected form a Sheraton property. Would definitely go back
Friendly and convenient to University of Pennsylvania. I had a quick trip and it was perfect. I will use it again if I have the chance.
It was close to where I needed to be.
The bathroom shower curtain had mold on it. The hotel room had an odor in the room.It was okay. I don't know if it is worth XXX/night but that's what they charge approximately.
