Other ServicesAirport Communications CenterFor general airport, airline information, and language assistance, the Airport Communications Center is available 24 hours a day by phone at 215-937-6937 or TDD: (215) 937-6755. Airport Information ServicesThere are information centers in each terminal. General information and assistance, worldwide airport operating conditions, and weather updates are just a few of the services available. This free service is offered 24 hours a day in Terminals B and C and from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. in all other terminals. Language AssistanceLanguage assistance can be located by calling the Communications Center from any white Airport information telephone or by speaking directly to a bilingual receptionist at the Passenger Assistance Counter located at the exit to U.S. Customs in the Terminal A-West baggage claim area. Mail FacilitiesU.S. Mail, FedEx, and UPS services are located throughout the airport. Self-service postal centers are located in on the A-B walkway near Terminal A-East and on the C-D walkway near Terminal D. There are FedEx drop boxes at these locations as well as in Terminal E. A UPS drop box is located in at the self-service postal center on the C-D walkway. The UPS store on the A-B walkway near Terminal B offers a variety of postal services. Telecommunications Devices for the Deaf (TDD Phones)There are 22 public courtesy TDD phones located throughout the Airport. Wireless Internet AccessWireless Internet access is available from more than 40 access points in the secure areas of every terminal. A fee is required for wireless access. There are several purchase options available to customers, including a 24-hour connection for $7.95 or a monthly unlimited option for $39.95, which is a good option for frequent travelers. WorkstationsThere are more than 100 semi-private workstations with pay phones, outlets, and worktables located throughout the boarding gate areas of all terminals.
