A captivating luxury retreat for complete relaxation of body & soul.The property is located in the prestigious Dawn Beach, Oyster Pond area of the island just 10 minutes away from Downtown, Philipsburg - The capital of duty free shopping and just about 15 minutes away from famous Orient Bay. There are 14 Exquisite 2, 3 and 4 bedroom villas, each with a private pool, set directly on Dawn Beach with fantastic views of the ocean and the neighboring island of St. Barths and 7 elegant 2-bedroom townhouses overlooking the picturesque Oyster Pond Marina. In addition, the property offers a 2-bedroom penthouse and a 1-bedroom condo. There is a common pool for guests to use by the Townhouses overlooking Oyster Pond. All villas are beachfront or beach view (just steps away from the beach). Contemporary design by renowned architect, Jean-Pierre Heim.
