Wifi sucks...hair on bed....133 room does not have wifi....plugs in that room dont work....rooms were too thinCop central.... it was not safe ...plugs did not have outlet covers
easy to get to from the highway
they didn't give us enough towels and no handtowelStaff was helpful in finding places we were going. Breakfast was as good as any other free breakfast, but not excellent. Rooms were clean and neat, but nothing special.
Price was right
Bathtub faucet had a pretty heavy drip, wasting water in the desert Light by bed didn't have enough cord to reach plug A/C was marginalOK for the money.
The coffee was good.
We booked through Priceline.com. The receptionist didn't know how to pull up our reservation. Didn't know how to verify online. The room next door to us were throwing a party, had loud music. Left the motel at 6 am and the music was still playing!I know everyone deserves a chance and some elderly people need help with technology...but if they were going to have an elderly woman covering the desk, they should have at least showed her how to use the internet. There were a lot of people walking around the parking lot at 1 am, so I did feel uneasy about leaving our cars there. Also, the loud music was unaceptable. Being on the road for 18 hours, the last thing I thought about was the sat rating and paying too much but quite frankly..xxx dollars was too much to pay for 4 hours of painful sleep.
the fact it was close to the event I was attending
The toliet wobbled when you sat down and got up. The air conditioner did not cool the room, wifi internet did not work in the room.. When we checked in there was no towels in the roomI will NEVER stay there again.. The room had food behind furniture.
The free breakfast was good.
We wish we knew how dirty the room was. Used towels left in dresser drawers and behind door. Used cut straws and tiny baggies left in nightstand drawers. Towels were stained. We were on 2nd floor - no elevator. Passed people who smelled of marijuana.Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel area reminded me of very, very low income territory. Did not feel safe. Plus hair dryer did not work and lamp didn't work. There were no screens on window. My husband wouldn't sit in one chair since it was crusted with filth. The seat of the desk chair was covered with stains. Wi fi keep breaking up. The only good thing beside the free breakfast was the price of the hotel. Haven't been to this area before and used Priceline to get the good deal. Getting a good deal does not always mean getting a decent hotel : The hotel needs a major overhaul. Priceline should not offer this hotel. This hotel is an embarrassment to Priceli...
Door Lock would not work. We waited for the Manager to come from home (thankful that he did) and let us in. Arrived at 11:45 PM, could not access the room until 12:30am.You get waht you pay for.
When we arrived and checked into our room, there was hair on the pillow. There were no towels and the bath water got no better than lukewarm. The bathroom door was falling of its hinges.I would never stay at this motel again.
The restrooms were beautiful and the linens were nice and very clean.
My boyfriend though the front desk clerk was condescending. He was polite but when he asked why we were in the area. My boyfriend felt the guy acted like we could not afford the event. And my boyfriend got more annoyed when he asked if we were together.Restful night. Clean rooms. Lots of mirrors.
