Pros:Location
Cons:They charge you additional $160 for cleaning and don’t tell you till after you book it. We only stayed one night and they still charged us the additional fee.
Cons:Got woken up multiple times with people passing out bedroom window. Not sound proved at all. Extra blankets were scratchy. Did not know about $50 cleaning fee at booking. Would have choosing a hotel with closer pool with the amount we have to pay.
Pros:The beach setting and garden areas were landscaped beautifully. Barbecues set up if you wanted to grill and the large open grassy areas were perfect for kids to run around when they weren't at the nearby beach.
Cons:Wish our unit have a/c-just assumed it would be air conditioned. Luckily it wasn't too hot as we have to keep the lanai doors closed for security reasons. Also didn't expect a $50 cleaning fee-never had to pay additional charges when I checked in, after I already prepaid online.
Pros:Nice garden and direct beach access. Place was quite big and had a kitchen.
Cons:Three nights stay and I was charged 125$ final cleaning fee which is ridiculous. Carpet at my place was a little filthy and cleanliness was an issue. Music was being played at nearby spots so it was a bit noisy.
Pros:Large rooms and friendly staff. Kitchen. Fridge with freezer and even a stove and oven!
Cons:Room was dusty and seemed like in a need of a good vacuuming.
Cons:I had to wait for over an hour when I checked in because the front desk and central reservations did not have my reservation on file. They had to get in touch with getaroom in Dubai. Getaroom blamed Castle and Castle blamed Getaroom. No one took accountability or even cared that I had to wait with kids and groceries in the car. To make matters worse they told me that they were charging an additional $50 check out fee. That was never disclosed when I made the reservation. I would have opted to stay somewhere with air conditioning had I known that they were adding on another $50 at check out. Horrible experience.
