The room was o.k. and the bed comfortable but did not like the huge cockroach that shared our room until I killed it. I know bugs are a fact of life and even in nice places you may encounter one. But the fact that the hallway out to the parking lot was never vacuumed the whole time we were there, and something had been spilled all the way out to the door and was never cleaned up made the cockroach that much more disgusting. The free 'breakfast' was the worst I have ever seen. On the first morning the fruit option was one old looking apple. I passed. The second morning there was no fruit. I asked at the front desk and was told there was no fruit. There were also no muffins in the case but after I asked for fruit the desk clerk came and put a few out. The juice was watered down so it wasn't drinkable. My husband's towel the first morning was very thin and had two holes in it.
EVERYTHING I CAN THINK ABOUT THIS PLACE WAS AWFUL!!! SERVICE, ROOM, BREAKFAST (WE ENDED UP GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR BREAKFAST) SAW ALL SORTS OF INSECTS THROUGH OUT THE PLACE. I DON'T EVEN WANT TO THINK ABOUT ANYMORE, I JUST WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER..
I stayed there for two nights. The place ran out of hot water by 7 AM both days - I've never heard of that in a motel! The rooms were OK for the money, the internet was OK (but you had to use their contraption to connect), the staff was friendly. The 'free' breakfast was about what I expected from this class of motel. If you want a cheap, clean place to stay - there is a Motel 6 right next door.
the location is at the far end of town and the price was a little high. the clerks were helpful, the pool was like a sona because of no ventilation.........over all it was ok not something great but ok
The people at the front desk were very friendly. The parking lot is great. I drive a big truck and it was very easy to park. It was quiet at night and the air conditioner worked very well. I would go back to this Hotel. The pool looked nice.
this is the second time in 2 months that we stayed at the motel. the front desk was helpful & friendly. the room was clean and the bed comfortable. the continental breakfast was adequate, not as elaborate as some, but for the price, very good. on a 1-10 we give it an 8.
We stayed this Americas Best Value Inn at the super best rates and the service we received very much incredible We will stay here again and recarecomand our friends and others they stay this Americas Best Value Inn. The wi-fi internet access is very superb and the indoor heated pool and spa you can enjoy there with them too. They have little business center in the lobby if you can not have your lap top with you great service and facilities.
There was nothing terribly wrong with this place, but it was not so appealing that I'd deliberately choose it over the nearby Days Inn or Super 8. I visit a grandson in Prescott Valley 5-6x per year, and stay in one of those three just for the proximity to his place. The smallish room was clean, but things are starting to need maintenance that's evidently been deferred. The heater needed to be unplugged, because it would not turn off otherwise. Plugging it back in was a pain, because it's one of those places where the painters just slopped paint all over the receptacles. The wall paint was also peeling around the tub and shower combo. No mold or other ugly stuff, though. Also, as I think someone else mentioned, the walls are pretty thin. Voices at any volume above normal conversation in the rooms can be heard in the hallways, if anyone cares to listen that closely. I don't, but I see how that could bother some people.
The staff here was very friendly. However, when we checked in we were told our room was ready when it wasn't. We said we would go to lunch and come back. When we returned over an hour later, it still wasn't serviced. I made the beds myself. The pool was very cold. When we went for breakfast in the morning, the floor was so sticky, my shoes were sticking to it. Not very appetizing if you ask me. We paid $ for the night of July 4 which wasn't bad, but given the option, we won't stay here again.
Great value!! I was leary about the one star rating, but the reviews didn't lie. This was a very nice hotel - rooms are big and CLEAN, staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a nice surprise - sausage, english muffins, etc. Kids loved the indoor pool.
We went to Prescott for the night and the kids wanted to swim. Not many of the other hotels had indoor pools
Walls paper thin, making it very hard to sleep! Not much they can do to change know, but sound proofing would have been nice when building this place.
Most of the hotel rooms in Prescott were sold out, so I took a chance on this one. It worked in a pinch, but I wouldn't stay there again. The bed was hard so I didn't sleep good, and the soap was in dispensers that were poorly maintained so I had to get old soap goop on my hands in order to wash them. I went out for breakfast because what was offered was scarce.
My husband and I had to go to Prescott Arizona for a funeral. After stopping at 11 different motels and finding them all sold out, our friends found a vacancy here online. We were very happy with this motel. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were suprised by all the amenities this motel offered for the very reasonable price.
We visit and stay in the Prescott area quite often and have stayed at many of the motels in that area. We have decided to stay at this motel in the future. The rates are very reasonable, the rooms are larger than most of their competitors and very clean. Comfortable beds and quite rooms. Cordial and friendly staff. Clean and well maintained indoor pool and spa. Free breakfast better than others. Very good ammentites for the price. A very good value. We will come back here.
We drove up to Prescott Valley on a Friday night just for a getaway from the heat in Pheonix. We found that all of higher end motels were sold out, so we took a chance and took a room at this property. Boy, were we supprised. The rate was very reasonable. The desk clerk was very freindly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and had more amentites than we expected for the price. The continental breakfast was equal to some of the bigger name motels. The next time we visit Prescott Valley, we are staying here!
This i sthe best place we recomends our freinds. First we read the reviews but it is surprise that every thing those we needed we found... continental breakfast, rooms are very comfortable, quite and clean and staff very friendly and helpful. We definitely stay there again and recomand our friends to choose this facility for thier need.
This was a nice find. Rooms were nice and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Even tho we stayed on a Saturday night and the place was sold out, our room was quiet and we slept well. The continental breakfast was good. The manager stated that they have made many recent improvements to the property in the last 6 months. We will be staying at this motel again.'
Memorial Day weekend - need I say more - only room I could get. Cost at least 3 times what it should. Clean, but sparse; continental breakfast was a joke - book somewhere else early
Easy access from freeway. Clean rooms. Nice staff. good value
