Staff by far was the best quality. The front counter employees were very helpful and very nice, and the people working in the restaurant were great too.
Parking was horrible. We got there late at night and the private parking lot (which was not even in the same city block as the hotel) was full. I parked in front of the hotel and was told a private guard ar night would watch the cars. In the morning I could see evidence of somebody trying to break into my rental car. Also, apparently there was a karaoke near by that went nonstop all noght both nights we stayed there, rooms were not bery sound proof. If nightlife is your thing then this is a good hotel for you, if you want a quiet nights sleep, I suggest looking elsewhere.
The room was huge with 2 king beds. There are 3 of us so the size was great. The people were great, as are most Costa Ricans.
Beds were hard. There is no direct access to the ocean, across the street.
