Okay, could have been a lot better. Who puts an outdoor pool in the rainiest cities in Washington? Internet code didn't work Housekeeping didn't happen No shampoos Towels were stiff Bagels was all breakfast consisted of.
This was not a three stars...the room was dirty. It smells like a fog peed on the linens. The bathroom was gross...
This was a nice, friendly establishment to stay in. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was always friendly, said hi every time we walked in and where always happy to answer any questions. The full kitchen feature was nice except the fridge didn't work properly, freezer was fine but not the fridge. Our first day there the hair dryer didn't work but maintenance was in our room replacing it within seconds of saying something to the front desk. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!!!!
Room was dirty and disgusting. Empty condom wrapper. Staff was not helpf
I arrived at this hotel expecting a three star. It was not even a 1 star in my opinion. The lights at the front entrance were not working so was very unwelcoming and a little scary for a single woman travelling on my own. The rooms were disgusting, the sheets stained and the towels threadbare. I did not want to have a shower as the floor of the tub looked dirty and stained. The air was not at all fresh... smelled very stale and smoky. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.
The only saving grace at this hotel was the lady at the front desk, she was very sweet and moved us to another room when the first one we were placed in was filthy, no screen on the window, lock chain on the door was broken off, it smelled like dog, the list goes on. This hotel was NOT a 3 star. Maybe (maybe!) a 2 star hotel. It was disgusting. I couldn't even sleep because the bed was so gross and the whole place smelled like dogs. The pillows had stains. There was a condom wrapper on the chair. Stains on the carpet. Must I go on? I will NEVER stay in this hotel again. I was so disappointed. Again the ladies at the front desk were very nice. They were the only reason the stay wasn't totally atrocious.
I recently stayed there for a weekend business trip. If I hadn't received a deal and paid regular price instead I would of been upset. The only service there is the front desk person. They advertise free continental breakfast but it's only Mon-Fri and from what I saw of the set up it's fairly small. The carpeting in the common area were noticeably stained. The room was average but couch and carpet did not appear even slightly clean. Would not recommend for anyone expecting a 3 star hotel.
Not a three star place, but more like a two star hotel.
The room wasn't anything special but it served it's purpose and was relatively inexpensive.
Had I not booked this hotel at what I considered to be a very low rate I would not have been satisfied with this property. This hotel does not compare to other 3 star hotels I have stayed at.
We like to try unknown things and find where we end up. With everything we do we get a new adventure, and the same was with this hotel. At first surprise (which we should know better) was that people where actually living there. The Good: Rooms were quiet, bed was comfortable and there was open space to move around. Great to get and from Airport, but a little less great to go to Seattle Downtown. Service was excellent and ready to meet your needs! The Bad: It was a little dirty, like floors, and kitchen. Bathroom and bed were clean! Somebody had definitely been living in here prior to our stay and the smell was still there from the foreign cooking. Overall it was a nice stay for the price, and since we were almost all day in Seattle downtown we didn't mind the little things that were bad. We stayed 3 nights and that was plenty.
I have never been to a hotel/motel with such a friendly staff. They were polite and always smiling which is a rare thing these days. I felt completely at home and will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone i know!
The room was dirty, it smelled of smoke, the hallways were filthy and the entire place was noisy. It certainly did not live up to it's star rating. I had a couple of thin towels. Internet service was advertised, but ended up costing extra. The free breakfast was not even worth walking down the hall to get. A few stale items. The coffee wasn't even hot. I would not go back, no matter the price.
This extended stay hotel has huge rooms with full kitchens. Mine was no smoking but did smell it in the hallways. I got an incredible low price, so found it to be a great value. Location only fair, but I think that is the case with all hotels by Southcenter and Renton. Staff was very helpful when my TV remote didn't work and gave me a replacement. Had to pay a few extra dollars for daily housekeeping. Paid for wireless internet, but it didn't work. Staff refunded my money when I told them.
Front dest people are very nice. the location is very convenient.
Room was comfortable and quiet. Internet service was fast and reliable, however log on instructions in room were lacking and call to front desk indicated check in clerk should have provided information I had not received. Clerk who answered phone was efficient and helpful. Front desk not reliably staffed and had to wait for service. I had used this chain before with spotty results. This was one of the better hotels in the chain. Chairs and sofa were quite comfortable in comparison to typical hotel fair.
This hotel was great in every way. Very large, nice room. Could not have asked for anything better.
this hotel is in the seatac area of seattle which can be scary. But this hotel was clean and the people very helpful.
We were just looking for a place to stop for the night on our way home from Canada. This was a no frills, but comfortable place to stay and met our needs perfectly.
We stayed here end of June 2010 for 4 nights. The cost was reasonable and the accomodations were good, comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast is minimal, bring your own. The front desk staff was not very helpful for finding local restaurants. They did the best they could but are not equiped for giving out much information. You have to do your own reasearch. We were awakened one night at 3am by loud voices next door. Sounded like a domestic dispute. It kept us awake for an hour. Low price hotels will sometimes get those folks with limited emotional maturity and consideration for others. I put my ear plugs in and went back to sleep. Other than that our stay was great. Very close to airport. I heard no noise from planes or traffic. Our room faced away from the street. The AC unit was a bit noisey but not terrible. Again the ear plugs worked great. Also the window opened for fresh air!
Although we had pre booked the hotel when we arrived at 10 past midnight the doors were locked an no one was available anywhere. We were told that there was a phone outside but since we have never experienced this we were unaware of this. We had to go to another hotel. My husband decided to try again another night as they agreed to refund his money but the second night was charged twice the first night. Also he could not get the heat to get above 65 and the next morning also had a cool shower as he could not get the water temp to get warmer. We would never recommend this hotel.
This was a one-night stay for us. Vsiting our son for his birthday. The hotel was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. The recliner was too. There was a full size fridge, a stove, kitchen sink, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, etc. We didn't make use of these but they'd be good for a long stay. TV picture was fuzzy on some channels. Not a large channel selection. We had to pay $* extra for wireless internet, but the price was still right.
We booked through online travel website and paid ahead of time. \nThe man (with earrings on both ears) at the desk 'Mr. X' was very rude and he was arguing that online travel website is always bad and the hotel price we have been charged for is not correct on monday night (Aug. 20 '07). There was a distaste against us when he was talking to us. \n \nThe next day morning (Tuesday/Aug 21 '07), we found that our rental car/SUV Toyota Highlander was broken and the 5 pieces of luggage we have kept inside for early checkout were stolen. \nThe right front window was broken. The SUV was parked in front of the reception desk under a well lit lamp post. \n \nIt was very bad and terrible that we lost all our belongings and had to go back home cutting short our trip. \n \nWhen we complained to the lady in the service desk area, she answered that it is common and it might happen to anybody, without even showing surprise or shock or any other emotions. \n \nWe suspect that because of the room rate argument, those people planned the break-in. \n \nAlso the room and the hallway were stinking like anything. \nLike a fish odor. \nOur room did not get cleaned everyday. \n \nTo avoid such misfortune for other guests in future, someone should advise that this extended stay america at Oaksdale,Renton,Seattle should have security cameras or should hire security person to monitor at night. \n \nIt is a not a safe and secure place to stay. Our life is at a stake if we stay at this place. \n
