Some people cooking with their room doors openNice location, friendly staff, great price
The room was very spacious.
I chose this hotel because there was a shuttle. I called ahead to verify how to use the shuttle two day ahead. I was told to just give a call 30 mins ahead of time. But when I called for the shuttle, I was told that I needed a res. Had to take bus.The Hotel was very clean. Even though I was unable to use the shuttle bus, they apologized for it.
Though we booked a non-smoking room, it was clear the last guest had smoked in the room. When we reported this to the staff, they took care of the problem immediately and with great attitudes.
Only downside was that the tub had about two inches of water when I showered. Pressure/heat was great, but I'm not the biggest fan of the simultaneous foot-bath.This Extended Stay is just off the 405, but far enough that you won't hear the highway. It was clean, well kept, and ran efficiently like one would expect of business hotels. The location is near SeaTac airport and the massive SouthCenter shopping area, as well as Washington's only IKEA. Because of this central location, highway traffic in the area can be a bit congested at certain times of the day. Overall, great experience. We enjoyed it enough to add a night to our original booking (thanks to Priceline's online discount!).
Free WiFi, kitchen, plenty of parking
nothingLove the furnished aspect. Nice to have a kitchen with dishes, microwave. Free WiFi, cable, plenty of parking, laundry, and fitness room. Short drive to large mall with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Short drive to grocery store to make use of kitchen. Close to freeways. Worked very well as 'home base' for apartment hunting.
What I like the most was the fact that they will cover damages to our vehicle as a result of a tree falling on top of our rental car.
no shower caps and coffe filter.
Burn hole in my blankets.Great suites for construction industry.
Carmen was exceptional. My husband is medically disabled and Carmen made efforts on two consecutive days to do the little things that make the difference for a disabled person. We wanted to play cards, so Carmen set up delivery for a 2nd desk chair, etc
It would be great if some small bottles of juice could be served at breakfast. Just a thought. Not a complaint. Thanks.Very pleasant stay. Very clean and professional and welcoming. Very quiet. Everything we needed was supplied to us when we visited the front desk, i.e., replacement towels, two tea bags, a maintenance person to clear the toilet we 'clogged', and all the staff just smiled every time we asked for help. We felt like we were cared for and that was very nice since we are 'old folks'. Thanks./
Large, spacious room with fridge, microwave, kitchen, etc.
Free breakfast wasn't much of a breakfast...grab and go only.Overall, it was a great stay at a reasonable price.
