The location is great, 2 mins walk from the harbour, in front of the sea and with lots of coffee bars for a delicious breakfast in the morning.
There was an hair in my bed when I first arrived. When cleaning, the staff should pay more attention to this details.
The room was nice and the view from the room was amazing! The location is perfect since it is just few meters from the harbour and near to the beach. The staff was very helpfull and the breakfest buffee was money's worth. Woud recommend this hotel and location to anyone who wants some peace and quiet, a real small village with an authentic athmosphere without the excessive amounts of tourists.
there were no ac which can be a problem in the hottest summer months
The people and atmosphere, the location , the sunshine, the sea.
Breakfast food was boring. Coffee not good considering it was Italy. The price was very high considering the quality of the above and the facilities.
Was the only hotel in the town so provided a place to sleep.
Very, very poor value for money - uncomfortable spring beds, extremely noisy room, no air conditioning, charged for coffee at breakfast! All at a 3 star price. There are also much nicer towns than Rio Marina in Elba.
