Some of the hotel staff could be more friendly. Some were very helpful and others almost rude.
In general, the staff were very pleasant and eager to help. The room was perfect; very comfortable and clean and the air conditioning was a godsend.
The Wi-Fi was troublesome. There wasn't very good reception in my room.
