An easy walk from Termini station. I took the Leonardo Express from FCO, and walked about 200 ft to hotel. I have been to Rome many times, so convenience was important for me. Just stayed one night before heading to the port for a cruise. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Location, 5 minutes walk from/to Termini.
Shower drain was clogged. One bedside reading light was broken. Staffs were rude.
This hotel was a great value. All facilities were nice. Bed and pillows were wonderful. Staff was very helpful. Wifi is free and works well. It is right by the termini station and just across the street from the taxi stand and bus tours.
No shower curtain which leaves a wet floor after your shower.
Convenience for catching tour buses.
Think the front desk staff can be a little more efficient and organised. One or two seem to have problems with checking in group guests, as a result guests were kept waiting for too long. Check in time was suppose to be 12 noon, but the room keys were not organised, despite early submission of check-in documents to the staff. Reason being, the passports of couples and the check-in documents were not arranged in matching order causing a mixed up and had to be sorted out with the help of the guests. This is probably due to lack of experience of one or two staffs who are not familiar with the English language.
The location of the hotel was very convent and very accessable
Very modern hotel, recently re-decorated. Location excellent.
Breakfast not very exciting
Location, 3 minutes to Termini railway station and metro. We choose this hotel for a weekend trip in Rome. Hotel is clear, modern designed, breakfast is ok but only if you wake up before 9. Later eggs and bacon are cold. Area around the Termini is definatelly not safe but hotel is located really close to subway so we could back even after midnight and it wasn't so teriblle as we thought.
Localization is perfect, parking lot inside the hotel
Poor breakfast and bad cleaness of the bath.
the availability of english newspapers
That it was close to Termini -> easy access to the whole city. Good beds, nice room. Bathtub. Good breakfast.
Toilet not flushing properly. It took 2 minutes to flush! Had to try many times before it flushed...
Clean room, excellent bathroom facilities and hot water for showers etc. Proximity to Termini Station
Lack of service. Hotel staff blankly refused to assist me to make an international phone call when I really need to make one.
This Hotel is accross the road from the Airport shuttle bus stop and 5 mins walk from Termini Station.I would reccomend it for anyone wanting a place to overnight in Rome bofore catching the bus to the airport.
it's shocking to see an ex-Soviet style hotel in the centre of Rome, and the price is way too high for the standard and facilities it offers. Perosonally I won't stay there but rather the one next door.
