Pros (+) The location was great, near the train station and transportation. The breakfast was the most reasonable experienced in Europe. The hotel was exceptionally clean and maid service great.

Pros (+) The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were always responsive to my requests. This hotel is located a block from the Termini train station and right across the street from the shuttle to the airports (6 euro) and the other bus lines. There are restaurants and major sites within easy walking distance. The AC worked well as did the wifi.
Cons (-) The room was very small. You could not pull the desk chair out very far because the end of the bed was there so it was very difficult to sit at the desk. In fact, I am 5'9", 135 lbs. and I had trouble so a larger person might not fit at all.
Pros (+) Breakfast was excellent with many choices at only 3 euro. I just don't understand the negative comments online about it.

Pros (+) An easy walk from Termini station. I took the Leonardo Express from FCO, and walked about 200 ft to hotel. I have been to Rome many times, so convenience was important for me. Just stayed one night before heading to the port for a cruise. The staff was friendly and helpful.
