Location, the beds, the night receptionist.
The floor was very dirty, the bathroom's piping almost didn't work, the rooms were falling apart, the breakfast didn't include cheese or ham, just some blisters of jam and butter, the worst+cheapest bread you can find on the supermarket, the daytime receptionist was very rude.
Nice room and balcony, clean, friendly staff, close to metro stop
Spacious, very clean, helpful staff.
Would have liked a kettle in the room but maybe that is not the Italian style!
people working there, and wireless internet
it took me a long time to find it, I guess this could be improved by giving more specific and detailed directions
It was close to the metro station and bus stops!
Roma room was a decent hotel, very clean and very comfortable
I don't know but I think the hotel seems to cater to families who may visiting relatives in the many nearby hospitals and hospices (it's in a medical district). There is little in the area for travellers needs, especially at night - no shops, cafes or restaurants are open in the area after about 8pm. The hotel has very limited refreshments/services and they would not change money for the vending machines. Also the hotel does not have any street signage (except a very small sign on a a gate saying "rooms/zimmer"). In my case I incorrectly wrote down the street number and ended up walking up and down the street for about an hour until I found it. Almost no one on the street had even heard of the hotel and gave me contradictory directions
Perfect position near Metro station
Inner rooms have a beautiful view to the inner-yard, although the street where the hotel is located is very busy, our room was very quiet.
