Pros (+) I liked the wildlife - that's it! The hotel was overpriced, looked tired and dirty.
Cons (-) We landed in Tampa from the UK and headed to the hotel. Finding and entering this place was like going to an armed prison camp. The Sat Nav couldn't even find it, and when we got there, it was like a military installation with gate check it. It didn't feel like it was for our protection, (protection from who?) more like crossing a border into another country. There was another couple who arrived r...

Pros (+) Great staff, great view and 2 restraunts near by.
Cons (-) Showers need to be cleaned better and some rooms need to be bug sprayed. But over still a great place stayed in 6 different rooms so far only 1 had a few bugs.

Pros (+) Our family enjoyed the multiple amenities such as the pools, private beach, gym, and rental to be within walking distance of each other. Staff and management were the friendliest and most helpful we've ever worked with. Thank you!
Cons (-) The fees. We paid the rooms in full through Kayak (getaroom) but when we got there we were told there is a deposit of $40 per night per room. There is also a resort fee separate from that of 8.95 per night per room charged when you check out (these fees are posted, we were aware). Thankfully, the staff and management were able to assist and a positive outcome for all parties prevailed.
