free breakfast included egg everyday
very slow elevator, no laundry onsite
Price was super cheap. Beds were clean and comfy. Free shuttle to and from Dow event center. You can't even tell there is a bar connected (which was also convenient) Very nice place to stay in Saginaw. Will be back.
Kind of elegant with all the beautiful woodwork everywhere
Price was right. Nice courtyard. Had fitness center.
Kept up all night by yelling in the hall. Staff heard all this & did nothing until I called them at 2 am to complain. Bed is hard & pillows smelled. Had 2nd night booked, swallowed the $$ & stayed at the marriott instead & got some sleep.Terrible hotel.
Mildew in bathroom. Unprofessional reception. Terrible experience
The quietness and peaceful of the hotel.
The room was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. Furnishings were lovely. We loved the woodwork throughout the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful.
Comfortable bed, great sized room, good complimentary breakfast, very polite and helpful staff.
The room must have been recently renovated. Very nice.
I was initially quoted $--- and ended up paying $---- because the system timed out on me.
Excellent and the staff was very hospitable and courteous
Staff very helpful. Room was quiet...
Old tv...breakfast...smokers hanging out front by lobby...no access to patio tables or anywhere outside to sit
Would prefer to have an exterior facing window in the room
Staff were nice and helpful. Bar was fun.
Elevator got stuck
Very nice rooms and accommodations but the night of our stay there was a very load and drunken group of people on both sides of us, we called about the noise, they said they would address it but it continued until 4:00 am
The manager was unwilling to compensate us for the lack of sleep, even though he knew of the noise form the numerous complainants from other customers
has a bar with restaurant for the price a good value.
rooms dated, TV's are antiquated and the heat is oppressive.
Close proximity to the event that I was attending
Not enough toiletries, toilet clogged, unusual layout to hotel.
Only two floors
Location was sketchy, behind the times on technology. Room had CRT television, cable wasn't very good.
It was a beautiful hotel inside.
Our toilet clogged and we called to have it fix, waited 30 minutes, called back and 10 minutes later they came and handed us a dirty plunger to do it ourselves.
This hotel was dirty, dated, in a secluded area and did NOT have the amenities it advertised. For example, no pool, no complimentary breakfast.
Staff wasn't helpful. They said that they were full but it didn't seem full. We were stuck with one king size bed for my family. The staff was unable to give us two beds.
was a nice hotel-with nice and courteous staff members
the noise..after the bar closed..the halls filled with very loud and noisy people...that apparently did not feel the need to sleep...ruined a very nice stay.
Spacious clean and well adorned rooms, entry and common areas.
The gal at the front desk would not let us get double beds without charging us an extra $20.00 even though it was Christmas and there were plenty of rooms available. I have always been able to get a double bed at other places for no extra than a king.
They offer a balanced diet evening meal that is home cooked and served by an attentive staff.
site states 2 king beds there was only queen beds we went to a family outing and was expecting to receive what we paid for that as not the case. Very disappointed in priceline and this room.
Nice above average rooms for the price. perfectly cleaned and neat. Beds were comfortable.
No blankets on the beds, just two sheets. Staff was nosey and asked intrusive questions regarding my reason for being in town and where and what my conference was about.
Good nightly rate. Nice staff.
Was not sure if it was in a good neighborhood or not. Hotel rooms need to upgrade their televisions from current old tube style. Could use a pool.
The rooms were VERY crowded, I use a mobile cart and literally there was not a space to park it inside the room, the room was packed with furniture. Horrible place for a motel to be placed also, off the beaten path in a mostly residential area. LOUD!
A lot, outdated, over rated stars. Loud,
The price was below other hotels and included breakfast & dinner.
The walls were very thin and the decor/furnishings were outdated.
I did the mystery room, ended up a lot farther from my destination than hoped. Though it was well worth the free dinner (good not great) and breakfast offered by the hotel.
enjoyed our stay. nice continental breakfast in the morning. staff was very helpful and friendly and the rooms were very clean.
This hotel was very clean and appeared recently renovated because things were in such good shape. The bedding was very comfortable and I had all the amenities I needed: cable t.v., access to internet, and delicious eggs and continental breakfast every morning. I felt very safe staying here alone.
Physical layout of this hotel was very strange. All rooms had windows to the hallway - not outside. Getting to/from places in the hotel was like going through a maze. Lounge food and drink were okay and the staff there was good. The 'included' free dinner was mediocre at best. Had one problem with housekeeping - we vacated the room around 1:00 PM and the room was never cleaned. Also hot water mid-day was sketchy. Bottom line - there are many other hotels in the area. I would try those first.
This was a very nice and well manitained Ramada Inn (compared to others I've stayed in). The restaurant was very formal and we felt a bit out of place in our shorts even though the receptionist told us there was no dress code. It's located in a residential neighborhood which was ok but going through the area made us feel like we were lost. We would certainly stay again if we go back to Saginaw...now that we know what to expect.
Comfortable hotel and room. One of the best hotels for the price range. Kitchen and lounge on site. Very enjoyable stay.
Originally stayed here because other hotels were booked and had a great surprise. We most definitely would stay here again and recommend to others. Rooms and hotel were very clean and attractive. Love the convenience of a coffee pot, a hair dryer and iron & ironing board in the room. The location is also very convenient to expressway.Staff was very pleasant and helpful when needed. Travelers will not be disappointed!!!
